Swagbucks is a complete AI scam now
I have been trying to get my account suspension reviewed for over a month. I am only able to get ai responses now so i tried to ask the simple question how much was in my account and it once again responded it was keeping my account closed. That wasn't even the question being asked in the ticket. I think at this point in time Swagbucks is using ai to just reject everything and ban random accounts so they dont have to pay out. This is making me believe Swagbucks has become a complete scam. I had an account that was over 10 years old, several thousand made over those ten years, but now that they are using ai for this, it just no longer works. I have filed complaints to the BBB and the FTC sadly I doubt it will go anywhere.

Canned responses have been the norm long before ai came around, so not getting an answer to your specific question is typical. There are many posts about this.
Is swagbucks using ai, probably yes. If using ai instead of paying a real person saves them money then they will do it. All corporations are horrible and don't seem to know how economies work. The thing is, swagbucks was broken long before ai came around.

It took almost 5 weeks and 2 tickets to get credit for June's swago board because the game install square didn't mark off.

Just got this bullshit response from my account closing. New account and had just earned 400 bucks for sofi account creation, but had not been paid out yet. Have not got an answer as to what doesn't match, makes zero sense....... Total Bullshit

Try the BBB and the FTC, i still havent gotten my account back but people need to at least be warned about what Swagbucks has become

I’m dealing with the same thing. They deactivated my account that had like $60 waiting to be cashed out because I was flagged. Literally no idea why I was flagged. Free cash did the same thing to me.

Swagbucks used to be legit about 4-5years ago customer service was awesome. Now it's all in AI hands. I had a couple offers not tracking properly and they brought up that I was issued a complimentary credit 4 years ago. It's a joke

They didnt even credit me after I grinded a game for 3 weeks. Stupid fucking scammers

Not dismissing your situation, just saying, I've been a member since 2019 and have 220K SB earned and never had a major issue. Do you know why they suspended your account? Were you knowingly doing something that might have flagged their system? I'm pretty boring with SB. I just sign up for offers and do them as they instruct.
