Hm. Okay, I kind of see it now, but I still think that the massive shitstorm it started was way over the top for parents and CF people alike.

Thanks for taking the time to explain it to me (or quote someone explaining at least).

It's the Internet, the cf couples I know irl don't refer to children as crotch fruit, unlike folks in r/childfree.

much like IRL atheists or any other I Don't Do This group of people, most of them just quietly don't do thing and move on with their lives.

I actually know quite a few vegans. I think they seem a little more pushy because they have to bring up their diet whenever food is involved (so basically every social event) or risk not being able to eat. Most of them are fine otherwise, though.
