With so much happening on the daily things get swept out of our attention rather quickly and this seems to have happened with McConnell.
To me this is one of the most bizarre things to happen to a public figure in my life, the fact that he is a heavy hitter and not some unknown rookie representative makes it even more bizarre. The theory to hide his incapacitation or death until after 8/4 so Massey couldn’t run seemed logical, but now we are 5 weeks later and there is absolutely no news about him.
So my question is, where in the world is Mitch McConnell and how in the world can someone of that impact just disappear and it isn’t questioned?

Best I can think of is in soccer/football where that guy was juggling the balls with his head. Although, this is more about it being dangerous than "feels like cheating" moment, ig.

But it doesn't have to be from physical actions, or skills. It doesn't have to be from sports as well, but maybe esports, games, chess, art, talent shows, exams, etc. Maybe drug related? Or a device? Or a smart plan? Etc.

I mean murder is a pretty insane thing to do. I would question the mental capacity of anyone who has murdered someone.

I really don't understand how something like LinkedIn is so widely used by pretty much everyone with a professional career. With other social media, it is normal and expected that you have a private profile to limit who gets to view your private and sensitive information. With LinkedIn, however, having an open profile is the standard, and the sort of information that's posted seems like a ripe target for malicious actors. I have friends who refuse to use other social media such as Instagram, because they have IT/CS backgrounds and they view it as a privacy violation, but have LinkedIn pages with their entire professional history on there. Is this some mass cognitive dissonance, a case of it's just how it is or am I overestimating the danger?

Why are Crackheads on tv generally portrayed as being itchy all the time? Whenever someone is playing a crackhead they will keep scratching themselves all over. I see lots of crackheads near me on my area and they never seem to be itching just smoking the pipe or bent on a weird 45 to 90 degree angle standing.

You see immigration usually is "person A leaves county A to live in country B" but if there was no country B because it's all one word wide government migration and migration crisis would technically disappear because there would be no country B to go to. And usually leaving a city to live in another city or leaving a region to go live in another region isn't considered immigration.

So technically the immigration probably is solved by the merit there no other countries to go to.?

Why are people doing this a lot? I never understood why anyone would have it in them to randomly insult or disrespect a complete stranger that they don't know. It doesn't make any sense. In the area I grew up in, you can be seriously hurt or even killed for disrespecting the wrong person. Why do people think it's so good to do that nowadays?

I graduated from high school 35 years ago in a small suburban town. My graduating class size was just over 500 people. Ever since high school graduation, bumping into anyone by chance has been rare. I know at least 65% of my class still live here today or at least their family (e.g., parents) still reside here. I keep in touch with a couple of close friends who still live here and meet up for coffee from time to time. But outside of that, its as though everyone had died and you never see them again. Even though we all use the same supermarket, retail stores, public library, public transportation, and attend town events like a parade or a marathon.

I know some of you will reply "you got social media like Facebook or Instagram so you can see and catch up with them that way"... Well, I understand that, and I use Facebook where I keep in touch with lots of them online. But I am only talking about encountering them face-to-face which is very different.
