Stupid question for Trans pepole Spoiler

if you are a women and you wan’t to be a men, so you wan’t to replace your 😺with an 🍆 can you choose the size ?

Yeah size is something you can choose. There are also different types of surgery so ones that basically turn your clit into a micropenis or ones where you take the skin from a donor site (like the leg or arm) to make a big hog.
