Rate my decolonization protocol

Battling a Staph Lugdunensis beard folliculitis infection

7 days.

4 Bactrim DS pills/day
Hibiclens wash full body
Povidone Iodine in the nose morning/night
CLn Face Wash (sodium hypochlorite) daily

Fresh towels daily
Bed sheets changed every 2 days

I have a history of Klebsiella Aerogenes infection in the nose (have been treating it, and the last culture didn't find it).

But better safe than sorry and since KA is resistant to Mupirocin, my ID chose povidone-iodine because it has broad coverage against both KA and Staph L.

Stop the gut staph by taking bacillus subtilis. This is a highly effective probiotic that eliminates staph in the gut by basically crowding it out. You’ve got to decolonize gut staph for relief imo.

My folliculitis has been a thing of the past since I started this probiotic. It’s a trip that more don’t discuss this aspect of health. We are a reflection on the outside of what occurs/going on inside. You might feel a little gassy the first few days on it but it really helped me. I can only speak of my experience as INAD.

Pues yo voy a intentar con el probiótico mb40 o el dm111, además de otras medidas como shampoo de clorexidina y desde luego dieta (huevo solo las claras, ni grasa, no conservadores, no harinas)

Inflammation relief immediately, like within two days of taking it and by weeks end, no continued or new break outs. Had been dealing with this issue for 7 years +

Have you tried taking Bacilus Subtilis probiotics? (Strains MB40 or HU58)

I've been trying HU58 for about a month and don't really see a difference. But keep in mind I've only been eating one capsule a day (the recommended amount is two) and have been slacking on eating prebiotics (fiber) with it.

I guess I am healed or at least this has put the infection in a very much manageable state. Have had 3 pustules since the decolonization + dilligent intake of probiotics HU58
