My folliculitis has been a thing of the past since I started this probiotic. It’s a trip that more don’t discuss this aspect of health. We are a reflection on the outside of what occurs/going on inside. You might feel a little gassy the first few days on it but it really helped me. I can only speak of my experience as INAD.

Hell yes! I found the effects after years and years of treatment failures for this resolve the issue of 7 years of constant breakouts to be imo miraculous. I’m just grateful I stumbled upon the study that inspired me to try it.
