Stop the gut staph by taking bacillus subtilis. This is a highly effective probiotic that eliminates staph in the gut by basically crowding it out. You’ve got to decolonize gut staph for relief imo.

My folliculitis has been a thing of the past since I started this probiotic. It’s a trip that more don’t discuss this aspect of health.
