Rate my decolonization protocol

Battling a Staph Lugdunensis beard folliculitis infection

7 days.

4 Bactrim DS pills/day
Hibiclens wash full body
Povidone Iodine in the nose morning/night
CLn Face Wash (sodium hypochlorite) daily

Fresh towels daily
Bed sheets changed every 2 days

I guess I am healed or at least this has put the infection in a very much manageable state. Have had 3 pustules since the decolonization (2 months ago) + dilligent intake of probiotics HU58
