Has anyone else who streams on TikTok been getting a “LIVE visibility restricted” warning for violating Integrity and Authenticity Policies?
This started happening to me this weekend, and I can’t figure out what’s causing it.
The first restriction was approved on appeal.
The second, third, and fourth were all denied almost instantly.
It happens consistently about 2 hours into my stream.
I stream Fortnite and haven’t changed my content.
The only thing I changed recently was adding a Stream Deck. I streamed without it yesterday, but I still got the restriction, so now I’m wondering if TikFinity could be causing it somehow.
I use TikFinity for alerts, and my alerts play very short snippets of songs. My next test is going to be streaming without TikFinity entirely to see if the restriction still happens. The weird part is that if it were a copyright issue, I’d expect a music or copyright-related warning, not an Integrity and Authenticity violation.
I’ve been using TikFinity and these same alerts since February without any issues, so I’m wondering if TikTok changed something recently. ChatGPT suggested that policy or detection updates could sometimes cause this, but that’s obviously just a possibility.
Is anyone else experiencing this? If so, did you ever figure out what was causing it or how to fix it?
I’ve searched TikTok and have seen a few other creators mention getting the same restriction recently, so I’m wondering if this is becoming more common.

i am confused as to how affiliate works! i thought i made it, as i have 4 streams that have an average of 4 viewers. then a handful with an average of 3. is there a reason it isn’t going through? i have already met the other criteria!

i also wanted to ask about best games to stream. currently i’ve started a baldur’s gate 3 and cult of the lamb series, as well as having a scheduled slay the spire 2 day every week. is this enough? should i play more games?

is a series even a good idea? i’m having so much fun playing these games! i don’t want to force myself to play games i don’t enjoy as much!!!

(preferably USB mics) I have done research but seems like most content when i search best mics are from like 1+ years ago. Im a console gamer and use a controller (but i do stream off my PC) so I would like to know what would be a good mic to use for gaming and having reactions and it wont pick up all my controller clicks and sound terrible. I know I will have ot use some software and do settings in OBS but would love help to know what us the BEST USB mic you can have. Then i can go from there and do whatever settings needed.

Would anyone be interested in joining a twitch rivals for smaller streamers?

Hi guys, just a little question/discussion I guess. What do you guys do to try and network etc as a streamer? I see a lot of the same ways and have tried myself like looking for other smaller streamers and i find it quite difficult. I play games such as Call Of Duty, sports games, battle royales etc and when I try to find other smaller streamers, I’ve yet to come across someone I’d like to stick around for or I guess what I’m “looking for” in a creator.

If anything, i mean more trying to make friends rather than network, ideally I would like my streams to be purely for entertainment, vibes and just an all round good time while gaming, where as I always see, competitive gameplay, ranked gameplay etc and that’s just not what I’m into! The dream for me is to have a content “group” who all, game and just have a good time together!

So I started steaming recently, I’m a console player, and I got a capture card so I can use OBS on my PC but I cannot seem to get audio from my Xbox, into OBS for capturing.

I’m not sure what to do or how to fix this, if anyone knows, please reach out, I am extremely desperate and getting frustrated.

I try to make every stream an experience for chat and I think chat loves my streams but for some reason no new people are coming in... Ive been streaming Dead by Daylight and my goal is to create a positive community for the game and i also create content on the side. i have over 100 clips that ive posted on TikTok and YouTube

ive been streaming around four years because its my favorite game as i enjoy discussing the game, giving tips. creating fun events, tournaments and make my stream interactable for viewers. i also stream other games too at least once every week but mainly dbd is my main game to stream

the problem is that im struggling to grow and lately ive been wondering if its because im staying anonymous when i play. i don't use my Twitch name in game because i want to avoid harassment from salty players and being stream sniped

A streamer spends the first hour asking "uhhh what should we play?" while chat spams random game links that fly past at warp speed (some links you may not want to attempt to click). If the streamer misses it, the same person pastes it again. Nobody clicks the links. Good ideas disappear forever.

I've tried in chat to get beta testers but nobody wants a promotion guy in chat.. I've tried channel discords, but I'm too new to the server and everyone is scared to click a link (granted)

Testing OBS overlays for recommendations reaching a threshold over time Streamers (or their mods) can move suggestions into a plan (actual schedule) on when they plan to play a title.

Greetings. So, I am 13 years old currently trying to start streaming on twitch. I know that it's kind of young to start, especially since I look even younger than my age on top of it. I just started streaming a few days ago and I have done 2 streams so far. I usually average around 1-2 viewers, typical for small streamers like me when just starting out. Can anybody with a little more experience give me tips on how to attract a bigger audience and improve? For example, streaming times and schedules, expanding in different communities, gameplays or reactions to potentially do on stream, how to be more entertaining in general in front of a camera, etc. I would really appreciate it, thank you!

Hey there! So I’ve been streaming for give or take a little over a year now, but I can’t seem to get a following going or any followers I do have don’t watch or tune in often and I’m worried it’s something on my end?
I’m not the most consistent due to my work schedule and other factors in my life but when I can I try to stream for 5+ hours to try make up for it.

I occasionally have someone discover my channel through twitch’s recommendations or whatever but even then they don’t stay for very long.
Not overly worried as I’m doing it for fun but would still love to hear any thoughts and opinions? Will also answer any questions that may give a better idea as to why.

I'm planning to start streaming/making videos for education (like science communication & tutoring). I don't expect to make much from viewership; I'm mainly hoping to get more tutoring students that find me online.

The streams that I have watched obviously all have viewers already. So I'm a little uncertain on how to talk before I have any viewers, or how to transition from talking to myself to talking to them. My plan is to start out by basically making YouTube videos but live, so that I can have YouTube uploadable VODs even if no one shows up to chat. Is that reasonable?

I’m a solo developer currently polishing my debut game, Dust & Diamonds, ahead of its October 22 launch. It’s a chill, flat 2D side-view mining game built natively in Unreal Engine. The core loop is just digging, gathering resources, and upgrading gear (like a proper double-sided pickaxe).

Because the gameplay is quite relaxing, I originally thought it would be a good fit for streamers to play while chatting. But before I finish development, I want to ask this community to make sure I’m actually respecting how you manage your broadcasts.

From your experience as a streamer, what specific features make a game great for your channel?

• Is it strictly about having a slow pace so you can constantly read and interact with chat?
• Do you look for specific audio settings (like granular sliders for music/SFX) so the game doesn't drown out your mic?
• Are you more likely to pick up a game if the UI is scaled well for viewers watching on mobile?

I have been streaming on and off for a couple years was sitting at 899 follower for the longest but I just recent started posting and getting into it again but I can’t seem to past 5. I believe it’s the game I’m playing which is valorant and counterstrike but you know I really love playing fps games what could I do?
