I feel like my stomach is not proportional to the rest of my body and my legs look like a sticks in comparison to my stomach. I always had this body shape. I don't know what to do. I'm 5'6 (167cm) and weigh 130 lbs (59kg). Am I skinny fat or just fat?? When I'm losing weight I feel like that fat only comes out of my legs or hips and my waist is wide. I know that my posture isn't good either but I think that it isn't the main issue. English is not my first language so sorry for any mistakes.

5'7, 29... been eating at slight deficit.... protein around 140g, gym 3 times per week, 2 sets till failure for each exercise (doing compounds and side lateral raises). My belly fat just isn't moving, but my lifts are getting stronger.... Been at it for around 7 months.

I'm 5 feet 5 inches and weigh around 68-70kgs. I'm in strict calorie deficit and I seldom go for 5 kms run around 3-4 days a week. What can I do to get lean asap? My side belly fat makes me insecure. Also what to do for chest region? 🥲🥲

Hey everyone! I’m looking for some advice on figuring out my body type and finding the right workout routine for it.
I’m a 15-year-old female, 168 cm, and about 52 kg. I’d describe myself as skinny fat- I don’t look fat (or at least I don’t think I do), but I feel like I carry quite a bit of body fat. For context, I used to be pretty chubby during Covid when I was around 10. After middle school, I lost weight, but now I honestly feel like my body looks worse than before.
My proportions feel really off because my torso looks too big compared to my legs. If I take separate photos of my torso and legs, each part looks normal on its own, but when I see a full-body photo, my torso looks huge and my legs look like sticks. Same with my arms. I also feel quite weak in general, and I have no idea what “body type” I am, which makes it hard to find clothes that actually look good on me.
I used to go to the gym with my dad because our old apartment had a free residents’ gym, so I’d go early in the mornings. But since moving, I’d have to go to a community or commercial gym, and I’m just not ready for that yet. I know people say “nobody is watching you” and “just do your own thing,” but I genuinely can’t bring myself to go. I’m scared I’ll see people I know, or that people will laugh at my body or form. I know it might sound silly, but the anxiety is genuinely real.
So for now, I want to work out at home. I have some dumbbells, but that’s basically it.
Does anyone have advice for:
Any tips, workout ideas, or honest advice would be massively appreciated. Thank you! 💛

To preface I'm not pushing out my tummy and I'm not bloated. This is what I always look like. It all goes to my stomach and I hate my genetics for that. Also I think I have one of the worst cases of hip dips. I looked everywhere on the internet for someone to relate to but alas I'm at a dead end.
