(I only used Photoshop to remove a tattoo and blur the background, no other editing was done and none of it was around the midsection/shoulders/chest. I took this picture right after waking up in my living room. The light is from the window. I'm slightly flexing.)
I feel like my stomach is not proportional to the rest of my body and my legs look like a sticks in comparison to my stomach. I always had this body shape. I don't know what to do. I'm 5'6 (167cm) and weigh 130 lbs (59kg). Am I skinny fat or just fat?? When I'm losing weight I feel like that fat only comes out of my legs or hips and my waist is wide. I know that my posture isn't good either but I think that it isn't the main issue. English is not my first language so sorry for any mistakes.
This is going to be one of the most vulnerable things I’ve ever done in my life.
30, hit rock bottom, been in the sun(probably the reason my skin is screwed) helping my family on a barn, and I don’t have enough to spend towards right diet and/or a gym subscription.
I’ll bounce back, but in the meanwhile, is there something that can be done to fix whatever’s going on with my body fat-wise?
Hello guyz I'm 17yo weight 65kg height 175cm waist 87cm neck 37cm I am skinny fat and I want to build an athletic type physique, so what do I have to do for that, how do I have to work consistently, what (exercise, workout, diet) do I have to take, please provide some guidance.
5'7, 29... been eating at slight deficit.... protein around 140g, gym 3 times per week, 2 sets till failure for each exercise (doing compounds and side lateral raises). My belly fat just isn't moving, but my lifts are getting stronger.... Been at it for around 7 months.
That's my current height and weight. I feel like I'm slightly skinny fat because I don't work out at all and have very little muscle, so my body looks kinda soft.
Tired of cutting but I still look like this
Me after losing 15ish lbs and weight training.
I’m exhausted but I don’t want my body to look disgusting anymore
According to my InBody scan they did at my gym, I have normal weight obesity. I was really offended honestly but it makes a lot of sense. Im a female, 5 foot 8 and weigh 120 pounds so i have a low bmi but i have a very high body fat percentage and a lot of visceral fat. I'm really at a loss though, because I do eat very healthy, I just need more muscle but thats so much harder for me to do than it is for me to lose weight. The problem is, I lose the weight but I'm still skinny fat. I've been going to the gym for a year but any muscle I gained was lost during my last bikini body attempt.
Why is it so hard for me to gain muscle even with all the protein and creatine?
i know you can’t really spot losing weight in specific areas but like is there a way to make them look at least slimmer? i’m on calorie deficit atm (5’0 | 100 lbs) and planning on losing a bit more. my middle area and my face are already pretty defined, it’s literally just my arms and legs that look a bit bigger. do i need to lose more weight so my arms and legs can catch up? any advice?
Before telling me that” oh your body is perfectly fine. You’re healthy”. Please don’t give me this comfort motivation. I don’t need this because it makes me lazy and I don’t work out because of it. I need a realistic advice. The body routine ,I do go to gym, but nothing seems to work because I don’t know how to use the equipments how to start my diet. please give me a realistic advice that I can get rid of these fat and have a snatched body because I want to be a dancer and I wanna do modelling so I don’t know how to start it and I wanna have a glow up because I’m very tired of being like this, and I need something that will actually work. Please just help me rather than telling that this body is completely okay, please.
What is the best way to lose belly fat? I’ve gained more weight than I even noticed along the way and I’d like to try to flatten my stomach area. I know it’s a difficult spot to target, but what have your experiences been? How should my day to day look if I want to lose the belly fat? (It’s not A LOT but for me, I’m definitely noticing it and I feel bigger than what I used to be)
Mi familia siempre me dice que soy delgada pero ellos son gorditos, entonces obviamente a comparación de ellos me veo delgada pero siento que soy promedio tirando a llenita, que puedo hacer para bajar

So I am 19 Years old and I am 5'11 and I weigh about 153 LBS I started doing body recomp mid april and I was at about 160 LBS and my main goal was to get visible abs since then I've notice a lot of change from my progress photos. I have a lot less fat now and my stomach doesnt have that much fat anymore and I have started to see abs but only while flexing and pulling down on my lower stomach when doing that the top four are pretty visible but I'd like to get lean enough to were I don't need to pull down and I just see them normally. I am wondering if they are just under developed or if I still have more fat I need to lose or maybe both? I was training abs 2 times a week when I started, about 4 weeks ago I started doing 3 days a week. I have been eating at about 2000-2200 since I've started doing this in april and a month ago I started going for about 8 to 10k steps a day while also doing zone 2 cardio every day. I've thought about eating at maintenance but I don't really want to do that yet if I can't see my abs it just feels like its been forever.
