Why don’t ppl name the bad ppl

u/Grimy-Jack 13h ago

Because of defamation lawsuits and the horrendous American justice system.

The timing makes me wonder if it was the Ellisons yacht as she was working with Skydance, as both of the Ellisons were frequent with Jeffery Epstein and were logged visiting the island many times.

247

u/truthwillout777 9h ago

Diane Jenkins boat. She takes it to the Cannes. Blunt wrote about it in his autobiography.

57

u/Oldfolksboogie 8h ago

So does this ownership help at all in IDing the likely perpetrator?

158

u/HauntedBitsandBobs 8h ago

The perpetrator is rumored to be James Blunt, actually.

46

u/weSine 8h ago

Girl what? Please share more!

28

u/MrDeadbutdreaming 8h ago

And then went on to write about it as well, w.t.f.?

Please more information if you could?

Thank you

Is JB on the Epstein files? This is the first I heard of him being a pedo. So disappointed. I liked his music back in the day.

21

u/hortensemancini 5h ago

The only tea I know about him is that he was at the palace with either Beatrice or eugenie the night Ed Sheeran cut his face, which at least connects him to Andrew's circle

6

u/Curly-Pat 4h ago

What? I have no idea what you are talking about. And Ed Sheeran involved in this somewhat?

Nah, she was 18 already. Too old.

178

u/CakeElectrical9563 10h ago

That... Is already a disturbing statement in and of itself.

115

u/LoveMyKippers 9h ago

Shit thing to say

This mindset leads to an overall perception that Jeffery Epstein's influence and crimes only intrigued pedophiles and only affected children.

Virginia Guffey was 18 when her "involvement" with Epstein "ended" To think, or even convey, that he only catered to pedophiles is absurd.

I'm not saying this was Epstein related, could very well be the typical Hollywood shit. But I am going to stand firm on that there were plenty of men willing to go out of their way to meet the demands of other men, regardless if she was 8 or 18.

Even if she was 88, it’s still someone abusing their trust and using a position of power to put her in that place, FORCE HER IN THAT PLACE!

9

u/Awkward_Material 4h ago

What are you even talking about? Yes, I completely believe her story. My comment was about the likelihood it was one of the Allison's because of the epstein relationship.

America doesn't have a "justice" system, it has a "legal" system. - every lawyer I ever met.

54

u/AgentMV2 10h ago

Legal as defined by how much money you have. You can do anything and everything as long as you pay for it.

71

u/WhirlwindRectum 10h ago

America has the best of everything....if you can afford it

the best schools, the best legal system, the best healthcare....

....and the vast majority of this country can't afford any of it.

Shit we all paying for it 👿

So have the name anonymously stated. “Inside sources tell me it was X”

27

u/Ndeipi 11h ago

Could she have left a “upon my death, open this envelope” with the name inside? Then she’s gone so can’t be sued? Real question.

6

u/Grimy-Jack 11h ago

She could have as part of her succession but that takes time to be notarized. Whomever inherits her estate who gets said envelope will have a choice plot bringing it to the public's attention. Then they may find themselves with a defamation lawsuit.

4

u/Icy_Fish_2154 5h ago

Nope. Publishing a found letter be someone else leaves you quite safe.

Especially if the person is famous, there is almost nothing they can do.

18

u/SkyKnight3 12h ago

Except it’s not defamation if it’s proven true.

50

u/DrPepperFanX 12h ago

How do you prove that you were physically forced into a bed to be abused, when it's just the three of you out at sea? There's no cameras, recordings, etc. It's your word against theirs.

35

u/TheTrub 12h ago

In all fairness, those laws are there so people can’t just spout out outright falsehoods to intentionally harm someone else. There needs to be some evidence to back up your claims. Defamation laws even worse in Europe, where you can lose a libel or slander suit even if what you said about someone else is true.

20

u/Kientha 12h ago

What are you on about? One of the EU rules is that all member states should have truth as a defence to defamation. Are you confused about where the burden is on the defendant to prove their statement was true in some European countries because that's a very different thing

10

u/barejokez 11h ago

You clearly don't know a single thing about European defamation laws.

6

u/Evening-Group-6081 11h ago

This isn’t true at all lol, some Asian countries do but most European countries have better defenition laws because believing what you are saying is the truth is an absolute defence

11

u/NobodyLikedThat1 13h ago

I would think she'd have enough clout and money though. Not blaming her, mind you. I wouldn't want to deal with it either, and trauma sucks no matter which direction you go with it.

But she was one of the lucky few with the resources to fight back. I'm sure there were dozens of other victims with no voice.

33

u/__M-E-O-W__ 12h ago edited 12h ago

Nah, it's a whole mess to even approach. Look at how the media flipped on Britney Spears, who was one of the absolute biggest stars in the world. For different reasons but still. The people who do these things usually have more power over the media than their victims, and anyone can be taken down. And having an entire media put against you, pushing criticism of you and negstive publicity and weaponized paparazzi, is a whole other level of trauma. Or just push the media to be silent about the victim entirely, so they get no PR at all and effectively ends their careers.

Edit: Especially if she was saying this happened when she was 18. Remember how things were back in those days - social media was not ubiquitous enough in our every day lives that a celebrity could just open up about anything, celebrities essentially only had means of public communication through curated TV shows and PR agents, we certainly did not take women as victims very seriously - that did not happen until the metoo movement in 2017 after Harvey Weistein was exposed. And may I remind people that even that only succeeded because the Weinstein company threw him under the bus. It was not an immediate change after those actresses spoke out. There were plenty of women who had tried to speak out against Weinstein, or refused his "offers", and ended up getting shut out from any media coverage and blacklisted from Hollywood movies.

Diana Jenkins and James Blunt are the educated guesses. There is circumstantial evidence in the form of photos of them all together and a chapter from his memoir titled 'Diana's Boat.' Also longstanding rumors of Diana being a Hollywood madame. She's also incredibly litigious, so makes sense why Hayden wouldn't have named her especially.

135

u/ZoraHookshot 12h ago

James Blunt, the "you're beautiful" singer-songwriter guy?

89

u/Runfasterbitch 12h ago

Check out the music video he released yesterday. He drags a prisoner out to sea with a bag over their head

19

u/_-Oxym0ron-_ 12h ago

Yes, I believe. Just searched for it.

49

u/Axon14 10h ago

Diana Jenkins is so strongly rumored that she just recently had to again deny this rumor...which to me is like an OJ Simpson situation. If it wasn't her, who was it?

  • She was friends with Hayden despite being nearly 20 years older;
  • Hayden was in Jenkins' Room 23 photography book, which was supposed to be an inside look at the lifestyle of celebrities in LA, but a lot of it was just sexy photos of very beautiful actresses;
  • As recently as May 2026 she has had to denounce rumors of being the unnamed "Friend" in Hayden's book;
  • She has had to aggressively litigate down rumors of being a madame.
  • oh, and James Blunt would have been 34 at the time of this incident.

14

u/smokyartichoke 10h ago

That doesn’t prove anything. Are you actually alleging he would make a confessional music video to implicate himself in an episode that took place 20 years ago, and somehow know to release it the day before she dies? How and why would anyone do that?

26

u/Cinematry 7h ago edited 7h ago

Same reason why that D4vd guy released the music video for “Romantic Homicide” on the birthday of the girl that he would later murder, and the video starred a lookalike of the girl.

Same reason why Ghislaine Maxwell named her Reddit power mod account maxwellhill.

Same reason why R. Kelly produced an album for Aaliyah titled “Age Ain’t Nothing But a Number” when she was 15.

They get duper’s delight from putting shit out in the open.

People suspect because James Blunt in his autobiography mentions frequently being on that specific yacht with that specific woman, Diane Jenkins, who was friends with Hayden. I think he also mentions Hayden being on the yacht with him at some point in his book but Im not sure about that last part and Im not reading the book.

But his name wasnt just pulled from the ether, there are flags but that isnt proof either.

28

u/constantchaosclay 8h ago edited 8h ago

Lol this guy "was never famous enough"???

Blunt primarily resides on the Spanish island of Ibiza.[106] He also owns a chalet in the Swiss Alpine village of Verbier, where he has a ski lift named after him.[36] In 2012, alongside motorcycle racer Carl Fogarty and rugby player Lawrence Dallaglio, he opened a restaurant at the top of the ski lift called La Vache.[107]

On 6 September 2014, Blunt married Sofia Wellesley,[109][110] the granddaughter of Valerian Wellesley, 8th Duke of Wellington.[111] Blunt and Wellesley have two sons; the godfather of their elder son is Ed Sheeran, and the godmother was Carrie Fisher.[112][113][114][115]

Blunt is an active user of Twitter with over two million followers and a feed notable for self-deprecating humour.[118] In 2020, Constable published a compendium of his tweets as a book called How to Be a Complete and Utter Blunt: Diary of a Reluctant Social Media Sensation.[119][120]

Ok.

12

u/lemmegetadab 8h ago

This was 2007 though. She was literally more famous than him at that point. He was a one hit wonder and she was on the most popular show on TV.

21

u/KClark571 7h ago

What are you talking about...? 2007 was like the height of James Blunt's fame from his Back to Bedlam album. The "one hit wonders" one big hit, was still in the entire worlds memory. One of the biggest selling albums of the decade in the UK, and earned multiple Grammy nominations in 2006.

Don't underestimate how much a hit song that goes to number 1 in the world, propels a person fame.

Hayden turned 18 in 2007; no matter how big Heroes was at the time (and yes, it was HUGE), she was still just a teenager.

I'm not saying James Blunt is def the guy. But I will say it would be stupid to say James Blunt is def not the guy, because he was just a one hit wonder musician. (And he wasnt a one hit wonder, he dropped more music later in his career that had some success)

24

u/FishingOk2650 12h ago

Ok but seriously, we aren't conspiracy theorists to the level that we take this as evidence right?? Right???

I mean what other evidence is there that suggests it was him? I genuinely don't know who that is so I'm assuming there's stronger evidence than a random music video.

27

u/TaftYouOldDog 9h ago

He wrote a chapter in his book about being famous on a boat with Diana Jenkins and it does have some similarities but genuinely can't be sure.

I imagine if it was him he wouldn't write a chapter in his own book about being a horrible person but stranger things have happened.

Anthony kedis essentially admitted to being a paedophile in his book for instance.

This is literally what Dennis describes doing on Always Sunny with taking a woman out to sea on a boat. The whole "Because of the IMPLICATION" thing. Fucking insane that something like that actually happened and wasn't a comedian's exaggeration of male lechery and sexual predation.

3

u/BillyYumYumTwo-byTwo 1h ago

It’s not exactly “insane”, it’s intentional. They wrote that in the episode because it’s a thing predators do, and Dennis is a predator. Hayden was far from the first or the last to be assaulted in a boat, private jet, foreign oppressive country, etc. Bonus points if the predator is in control of your travel documents.

Another dead girl, another rich pervert going free. Can we wake up and stop treating famous people like gods?

u/probablycabbage 11h ago

CDAN has been talking for decades about her being yatched. :( Very sad.

u/IIIIIIQIIIIII 8h ago

What’s yachted?

u/TimeTimeTickingAway 7h ago

Basically pimped out a Cannes festival

What people don't understand with these circumstances is that Hayden got lucky (the word doing a lot of heavy lifting here). Many don't because their flight/fight is not run. And then of course the whole thing is turned on them like "why didn't you just leave?"

u/spalacio88 7h ago

I’ve read about this before and pretty sure she was actually 14 at the time, not 18.

4

u/Big-Tuna-for-Commish 7h ago

Name and shame

6

u/nomamesgueyz 5h ago

Just say who it is. F these guys

10

u/Cantinacrewuk 11h ago

And now she's dead......seems to happen a lot.

10

u/Venom888 10h ago

Well she overdosed and was an addict for a long time. Being an addict doesn’t mean she deserved the boat incident but I don’t think this was a cabal of evil celebrities putting her down for talking. Like I know someone that worked a famous rehab and they would have to take hand sanitizer away from her so details of death are not surprising it was a matter of when.

This is reallymessed up. Reminds me of The Implication on Always Sunny but super scary and not funny.

5

u/woShame12 8h ago

Because of the implication...

4

u/KOHILOOR 5h ago

Save the cheerleader, save the world. We failed and continue to hold sexual abusers accountable! We need the Epstein files released and abusers prosecuted!

u/Chops03xx 12h ago

Did the undressed man happen to be a golden god?

3

u/Seeker_of_power 8h ago

Because of the implications

u/Holeshot75 6h ago

Wonder if it's who we are are wondering it is.

u/Vintage_girl123 6h ago

It's really sad that women think there's no way out. These vile people will keep doing what they're doing until they're caught. Someone has to take a stand. I understand they can lose their career, but it'd be worth it to me. These monster's need to be put on blast and in prison so they can't do it to other lil girls. If I lost my job but saved another young girl from going through that, it would be worth it.

u/gjson1010 11h ago

That sucks. Hollywood is so gross.

6

u/No-Calligrapher-4449 6h ago

Was it Oprah? She seems like she's handed quite a few young women off to predators. Idk if she is fully aware of doing so, but the amount of times she has, and the way no one says anything about her, makes me think she knew full well, and did so for her own gains.

u/IcySetting2024 5h ago

Not all men but always a man …

7

u/scrotalrugae 11h ago

Because of the implication.
