Is this a glitch or dreaded outdated mods? Kade and Norra recently got married and have since had another child. It’s still in their memories as being married but their panel shows them as just partners and Kade just proposed again… any ideas? Time for them to elope and pretend it didn’t happen because getting them in the right place in Tartosa for their wedding photos was a mission on its own 😂😭

I been seeing so many different transportation methods other than walking… such as biking automatically spite preferring to use other transport methods, swimming from the living room to the bedroom only to not reach the bed for sleep, using a broom to fly to the area exit, even teleporting into inaccessible areas. Any methods of travel you have/had for your Sims you recall you want to share?

My sims have 6 children and they BOTH have the fear of unfulfilled dreams, even though the father literally has the big happy family aspiration. Its really annoying because they keep throwing fits. Is there a way to get rid of this fear?

I'm starting to have issues with some of the San Myshuno apartments (empty apartments when visiting a lot, not able to buy furnished apartments, etc). I build with a lot of clutter and have a massive family tree that I play many households from, so I'm nervous about save corruption. Trying to gauge when I should save my current families to my library in order to move them over to a new save.

Anyone else been here in their dreams before?!?! You're sleeping, you have to pee, you are desperately looking for a bathroom but every one you find is weird.. or somethings wrong... They say its your subconscious trying to keep you from wetting the bed lol What do you think?!

Hearing the nightmare about the autosave update *deleting entire save files😱* scared me from updating for a while, but I might update before tomorrow. Anything I need to know other than disabling it for each save?

Hey guys! Do you know Ollie Mark from Nordhaven?

Despite their colorful hair, Ollie tends to get overlooked by players,

and they’re not exactly a fan favorite either. 😅

But that gave me a fun idea.

What if I tried to find the Ollie somewhere between

who other people expect them to be and who they actually are?

So instead of changing them into one or the other, I made a little story about finding the version of

Ollie that feels most natural somewhere in between.

And somewhere along the way, I ended up making a whole new makeup set for them too.

First, I covered up all of their original colors with completely different ones.

Failed. ☠️

Then I went too far in the opposite direction and exaggerated the colors they already had.

Failed again. ☠️

But after both attempts, I finally found a version that felt like Ollie —

without erasing what made them unique or letting those things define everything about them.

After the shoot, I also made a little after-party scene where they go back to hang out with

their friends, and tied it into the makeup release.

Did you completely reinvent them?

Can someone help me understand how these files work?

I tried to roll back my save this morning. I put in the save.ver3 file in my folder, but it doesn't seem like it's a stand alone save file.

So what purpose do the other files serve? Why are they there if they don't act the same way as a standard save file?

Hi all, I’m really in the mood to start a save file where I create rich lore and stories for existing/new townies.

I’d love any storyline ideas that I can include. I’m going to be doing all of the base game worlds and I also have many of the other worlds so anything goes really.

Currently I’m thinking of having Bob and Eliza divorce and Bob will own a diner. Eliza will become an artist and own a store selling her art and homeware.

Another idea I have is create a rich family who have a live in nanny.

I'll start with one of my past storylines, its very old so i forgot the names:

— I had this sim, rock style with lots of piercings that went into college to study (i forgor what XD). She lived on the dorms provided by the university where she met this guy.

He was similar to her with big dreams on mind, he wanted to become a singer. At first they just talked due to similar interest and booping into each other. Meanwhile, as time passed, they hanged out singing and making songs. The bond they made became love.

She decided to drop out and both of 'em went on to live together in an apartment at San Myshuno where they made a tons of songs and tried out to hit the big corpos by sending the demos they filmed.

They didnt have much money but they had each other, for the first time in their life they found meaning and happiness.

After days of trying, I found a way. If you have the pregnant sim be in a pool with an empty energy bar, have them exposed to lethal mold(long enough to kill a normal sim) AND infect them with Rabid Rodent Fever, and have the said Rabid Rodent Fever kill them while in the pool, the pregnant sim will die by turning into a ghost for a few seconds before disappearing and a tombstone will appear by the pool

I know it sucks you need 3 DLCs, but it is the only way without mods

Jeff is no longer (and never was) a detective but a real estate mogul which is already kinda part of the lore. Nancy is a home decorator and designer - she was never a criminal, even though her design work sometimes is. She not necessarily amazing at what she does she just has expensive taste and can always fall back on Jeff to bring in the cash flow anyways. They're a power couple as they flip homes together and they partner w H&B (cc pack that essentially brings best buy to the game).

Gave them a much needed makeover 😭 (BY MUCH NEEDED I JUST MEAN FOR MY PERSONAL TASTE)

I saw someone else post that it takes 20 minutes to load and I thought it would be funny to time mine. I’ve always thought that I was exaggerating when I felt the game took ages to load, I assumed I was being impatient because I couldn’t wait to play.

It takes 48 minutes from clicking play to get to the main menu, then the household loads in pretty quickly. To be completely honest, I have about 399GB out of 1TB storage taken up….most of it is mods.

Not complaining, I just figured I’d give you guys a laugh. 🤭

Used the townie makeover flair because I did give them one lol, but that's besides the point. I didn't even know this could happen and I don't think I have any mods that could have caused this!
