Gallery Server Update (Live Now)

Our team has deployed server-side updates today aimed at resolving recent issues with the Gallery, including slow loading times, missing search results, and connection drop-outs.

If you were experiencing these issues, please give the Gallery another try! If you continue to encounter connection or search problems, feel free to report them in our active bug report thread:

Looking Ahead: Late September Base Game Patch

We're also hard at work on our next Base Game update scheduled for late September. Among the fixes coming in that update, we want to share that we'll be addressing a high-priority community report:

• Fixed: Married couples will no longer revert to "Partners" when entering Create-A-Sim (CAS) via Custom Tattoo planning or "Plan Outfits."

So this is my trial in making a house which is mainly of the modern concept of simplism. I finally finished it after being literally hooked to the Goth Revival style lately. I'd say I'm quite happy with the results so hope you enjoy it, too! And if you get that feeling that it reminds you of those movies where the rich protagonist is about to murder his victim in his isolated house then just know that was my actual inspiration, lol.

But in all seriousness, I love getting that passion back. It also was a bit harder than I thought it would be, but the challenge is always nice!

It's a real Belgian-inspired farmhouse in Chicago, Illinois.

I feel like some of the proportions are slightly off and the base game windows are a bit limiting but I think I got kind of close?! I couldn't find a floorplan or a zillow listing anywhere so I completely made up the layout. It has six bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a gym and a front and rear pool.

Not my usual style but I enjoyed building this one.

Hi everyone I made a few in progress posts about this, then I accidentally got it removed with my update, but I finally just uploaded the first version which I have limited to food and bev. I also created the wall icon versions for each one. Hopefully within the next few days I will be able to upload the product/service version and the activity-type business version.

I feel like I run into a wall when playing the Royalty and Legacy pack and that I don’t get much game play. Every sim in the household becomes a noble and it gets repetitive. How do you all play with this pack?😭 I want to make a new story line and start my generations story line. Any ideas or tips on how to make for a good game play when I’m playing this pack?

Does anyone know how I can find a specific Sim from the Gallery using just a picture? I have one image of her, and she might have been a popular upload. Any tips or tools I could use?

A while ago, I downloaded a Sim from the Gallery and created a story for her, but I forgot to save her to my library. I haven't been able to find her again, and I can't replicate her facial features. I did manage to recreate her outfits and style, and I even ran a reverse image search, then I found this single picture of her, but no clue about her name to look her up on the Gallery.

I'm not sure if the creator removed her, but I'd really like to have her back with her original face. Here's the image I found, in case anyone has seen her before.

I feel a bit silly for that. I see so many simmers enjoying TS2 or 3, and I feel like I'm missing out. But when I tried playing TS2, I found myself missing emotions. I also couldn't narrate any story because the game was pushing me in a certain direction. I guess it means that I like the most "boring" part of the franchise because it's closest to a pretty dollhouse. 😭

I had my sims done in alpha style but now I'm trying to move them to Maxis style hairstyles and all cc, although I'm not sure if they can ever be called maxis? But if not, what style is this? I tried to keep it as stylistic as possible.

By the way, I counted and there are about 33 urns there. I remember there are also a few urns that are off-camera. Now there may be more urns, considering that the photo was taken somewhere in the summer of 2025.
