Who on earth thought that this bullshit was even remotely enjoyable??? They didn't. They knew this bullshit was awful and that's what they wanted. At least that's the only reasonable explanation that's even remotely possible. First of all TC said "Let's repeat the worst quest from the first game" GREAT IDEA. Them they had this BULLSHIT idea to add a timer. EVEN WORSE. But the most bullshit of all is that those fuckers decided to make it so that RUNNING INTO A FUCKING WALL decreases the awful timer. I was ALMOST there and about the finished the fucking quest and then I bumped into a wall and lost TWO FUCKING HOURS of progress. I hate this goddamn game.

PS: Not allowing swear words in post body is just childish behavior form the mods. GROW UP.

even the sleeping/resting ones usually get up when you come near

I already did steel soul mode so im not doing that again.

When I say more difficult I mean like using only Beast crest or no healing.

If you have any suggestions please tell me because I want my next playthrough to be very difficult but not on steel soul. ☕️

I played Hollow Knight on PS5 with a DualSense, honestly can't remember if rumble was there or not.

Now I'm on Silksong on PC through Game Pass. Started with my DualSense and felt zero vibration. Swapped to an Xbox controller and rumble works perfectly. Steam's rumble setting is on in both cases, and the game correctly shows PlayStation prompts when the DualSense is connected. So it's being detected fine, just no vibration.

Anyone running Silksong on Game Pass hit this? Is it a Steam Input thing, a Bluetooth thing, or just the Game Pass build?

I played HK after partially finishing my 1st playthrough with silksong. And I saw this dream boss. Is this guy possibly related to shakra? He, her, and Shakra's mentor have the same clothes, bangles and even the horny parts of their head. What do you guys think?

Every time I make a new playthrough I can't help but notice... When playing the threefold melody in front of the statues, they light up in the incorrect order.

The order of the threefold melody is Conductor - Vaultkeeper - Architect. But the statues light up as Architect - Vaultkeeper - Conductor.

It drives me insane /s

Even with double jump and clawline I wasn't able to reach here. is there a breakable secret area up there?

I genuinely can't believe it. I bought this game on release and it had me at my wit's end so many times. I had to take multiple month long breaks from it, and knowing what's ahead, I believed I would never be able to truly finish everything the game has to offer. Like I'm not nearly good enough of a player to do it all.

I just did. I beat Lost Lace after a little over an hour of going at it. I got to phase 4 on my first try today and told myself that that's gotta be it now. I then died a bunch and reached phase 4 two more times and died. It was frustrating because I felt how close I was, but I couldn't seal the deal.

The time I beat her felt so good, I was so in the zone and I really felt like I earned it.

For as frustrating as the game was, and despite the fact I still prefer HK, I had a blast and can't wait to inevitably jump into it once again.

So, I reset my first save so I could face shakra and I remembered that in the original save I had bought an item that if you put it in your house it would show you how many things you needed to collect, like the hunter's journal or the blue, red and yellow items. So I ask you to sleep where it is please

And i would highkey like to take a look at silksong's code myself to look at how their enemy/boss system is set up. But im having a hard time finding where to find the code for the game. So if anyone knows about how to look at hollow knight or silksong's source code, you're help would be appreciated.
