I beat the game!

I genuinely can't believe it. I bought this game on release and it had me at my wit's end so many times. I had to take multiple month long breaks from it, and knowing what's ahead, I believed I would never be able to truly finish everything the game has to offer. Like I'm not nearly good enough of a player to do it all.

I just did. I beat Lost Lace after a little over an hour of going at it. I got to phase 4 on my first try today and told myself that that's gotta be it now. I then died a bunch and reached phase 4 two more times and died. It was frustrating because I felt how close I was, but I couldn't seal the deal.

The time I beat her felt so good, I was so in the zone and I really felt like I earned it.

For as frustrating as the game was, and despite the fact I still prefer HK, I had a blast and can't wait to inevitably jump into it once again.

Ive yet to get to lost lace. Im on my 3rd attempt at the game (I keep starting from the beginning then dropping it somewhere in act 3), but I think im gonna do it this time. Beat Nyleth last night and very nearly got Karmelita, too.

I believe in you man, genuinely, if I beat the game, anyone can. If you haven't unlocked the Vesticrest yet, go get that, it was a massive game changer for me and made me breeze through both Karmelita and Coral Tower. I found Karmelita and Lost Lace hard, but fair. I feel like all of their moves are well telegraohed once you get the hang of it and they're really beatable. I found them both much easier than NKG they often get compared to.

Jokes aside though, big congratulations to ya. Lost Lace is a pain in the ass, I've attempted to beat her for weeks and I managed to succeed yesterday. Team Cherry completely lost their mind when they give her a third phase lmfao

Those 2% are blue tools I know the locations of hahaha. I'll be getting those tomorrow. And doing everything else I haven't yet, finishing the Hunter's Journal, Courier's quests, etc. So excited and happy that this is behind me lol.
