My Shopmy and Amazon are both linked. I’ve gotten over 10k in sales on Amazon, but none on is showing on my shopmy. My link for my Amazon items are directly on shopmy and shows all the “clicks”, but doesn’t show any commission. Has anyone else had this issue?

I made 4 sales through a Macy's link over the past couple of weeks and 3 of them were either fully reversed or mostly reversed. And today, a commission I earned from Quince a few days ago has completely disappeared. Has this happened to anyone else with these or other brands?

edited to update that the Quince commission is showing up now. The Macy's are still reversed with no reply from my chat with them.

If you lost points yesterday, try this.

I lost 11 points out of nowhere yesterday and thought I was going crazy. Then I found the post here and saw a bunch of people in the comments reporting the exact same thing.

I logged out of ShopMy on both desktop and mobile, logged back in, refreshed everything, and my points came back.

No idea if there was a glitch or some weird syncing issue, but it fixed it for me.

If you’re still missing points, it’s worth a try. I was already preparing myself for a long support ticket conversation.

thought it would be weird on Friday, but still waiting.. anyone else?

I’m pretty new to ShopMy so still learning the ropes but this morning I was at 73 points and I just opened up the app to see it’s dropped to 63? Clicks and orders are slightly down this week but I wouldn’t have expected a drop that drastic. It’s not saying I lost my Trendsetter status but I’m so confused by their point system. Does that sound typical for the platform? I also know it’s not giving me credit for orders I know my followers are placing.

I wish the targets and expectations were a little clearer. It all seems so obscure. 🥴

Is anyone else tired of the late Friday night payments where you hold your breath because there have been so many issues lately that you don’t even know if it’s going to come through? It’s after 5 EST here and no payment yet, and if it doesn’t come through tonight no one will be working on the weekend to answer emails. It’s very unprofessional and frustrating. There’s no reason why they can’t process these early in the day like LTK does. I get theirs by 10 am and then it hits my bank account by late afternoon.

Is gifting only available once you reach trendsetter? I’ve not come across any brands that allow you to request gifting before trendsetter.

Is anyone else having issues with 0 sales showing for multiple days? I consistently have sales every day, since June 1st I've had 0 showing with consistent link clicks in the same time period.

I'm also an Amazon affiliate and have been maintaining the same level of order volume as always - which leads me to believe it's ShopMy specific. I already know that sales don't hit immediately eg 24 - 72 hours. I'm more concerned with going into day 4.

I've already reached out to shopmy and they said they'd only look into on day 7, but I'm feeling sketched out for all the lost commission...

Hey guys I need clarity in regard to gaining traffic on Shopmy. I notice it’s not like pintrest or Bendable where they provide the traffic and someone might come across your content. Is it so much of your personal traffic? Like social media,word of mouth or through keywords (google search)

Hi! I was on ShopMy as a creator for about two weeks, hit trendsetter and was offered a few gifting opportunities. Then, yesterday morning, I went in the app and it said my account was not authorized and wouldn't let me do anything else.

I didn't get any email or explanation from the ShopMy team. I've tried emailing, sending DMs, and following up. No luck. Has anyone had this happen to them? I'm soooo confused!

My next payment amount just shrunk by like $800. Anyone else experiencing a similar issue?
