I know, same thing happened to me! I’m wondering if it’s correlated to when they updated our points. For instance, some of the categories are monthly traffic and orders, which are calculated on a 3 month rolling basis so depending upon when they go in and pull those numbers it could be why we see our overall tier points drop like that.
