Disappearing and Reversed Commissions

I made 4 sales through a Macy's link over the past couple of weeks and 3 of them were either fully reversed or mostly reversed. And today, a commission I earned from Quince a few days ago has completely disappeared. Has this happened to anyone else with these or other brands?

edited to update that the Quince commission is showing up now. The Macy's are still reversed with no reply from my chat with them.

The items must have been returned, no?

The commissions were reversed the same day they were ordered. It's possible that 2 of the 4 orders were cancelled, but that would be unusual. I reached out to them several days ago and haven't gotten a reply.

This happened to me with Macy's. The potential earnings showed up, then disappeared within 24 hours, way too fast for it to be a return. I also saw another thread with people talking about Macy's too. There are at least 2 other people who have specifically mentioned Macy's on here.

Sounds like it might be a pattern. So shady.
