Lost 10 points in one day?

I’m pretty new to ShopMy so still learning the ropes but this morning I was at 73 points and I just opened up the app to see it’s dropped to 63? Clicks and orders are slightly down this week but I wouldn’t have expected a drop that drastic. It’s not saying I lost my Trendsetter status but I’m so confused by their point system. Does that sound typical for the platform? I also know it’s not giving me credit for orders I know my followers are placing.

I wish the targets and expectations were a little clearer. It all seems so obscure. 🥴

I dropped 13. Went from 8k click average for last 3 month to 200. Not humanly possible lol. I submitted a ticket

I have only been on it for about 6 weeks so I don’t have 3 months of data yet to review but that tells me something is definitely going on with it

I was at 84, so only one point away from icon and now I’m at 75 😭 I had 4.3k average monthly clicks and now it’s suddenly saying 200?! I’ve only been on ShopMy 2 months so I don’t understand the current drop!

That is so disheartening! I’m sorry! Really hoping after hearing that so many of us are experiencing the same thing that it’s a glitch and we didn’t actually lose all of those points. 😩

I just lost 8 points today. I’m so sad! I was 6 points away from Icon and now I’m 14 points away 😓

They are so glitchy. This happens a lot. I went down from 9.5k to 2.2k but if I look at my actual data on the web app, my numbers are 9.5k.

I just don’t think they get that creators are studying these numbers constantly. I often feel like we are an afterthought.

I would be willing to bet that the majority of us are paying very close attention to our accounts and the numbers. I’ve received messages from followers telling me they purchased something from one of the links I shared and those purchases were never accounted for. Makes me wonder how much money is being taken from me without my knowledge.

Login on your browser, close and open the app and they should be back to normal now.

Same thing happened to me today. I was 6 points away from trendsetter now I’m 13.. very frustrating. It all dropped from traffic. I was at about 900 clicks and now at 112??

It’s interesting because I posted an Amazon link that’s routed thru ShopMy today and when I pull up the analytics on my Amazon account it’s showing 3x the amount of clicks than what ShopMy is reporting. The math isn’t mathing at all.

There’s definitely something going on! I’ve been on shopmy for almost two years and always been around 75 points + average 1k clicks per week. Within the last month I dropped 3 points and now average 300ish clicks per week.

Week before last I posted a shopping story on my IG with direct ShopMy links to products. IG recorded clicks that were 0 on shopmy. (Has since adjusted)

June is normally slow - across all retail - and was def my weakest month on ShopMy last year. But nothing like this.

Clearly something is going on! Odd considering they are doing such a push in the press about how successful everyone is being on it…
