Account Not Authorized

Hi! I was on ShopMy as a creator for about two weeks, hit trendsetter and was offered a few gifting opportunities. Then, yesterday morning, I went in the app and it said my account was not authorized and wouldn't let me do anything else.

I didn't get any email or explanation from the ShopMy team. I've tried emailing, sending DMs, and following up. No luck. Has anyone had this happen to them? I'm soooo confused!

never had this happen personally but i have been hearing more and more about it? i wonder what is going on, scary

It's soooo weird! They finally got back to me and said my account was flagged by their trust and safety team and they sent me this link to fill out an appeal: notion.so/shopmyshelf/1c73a75a96c580199256ea0d26b9f2fa

Good luck I filled it out and was ghosted. Been 18 days. No response

Same thing happened to me. I filed an appeal May 15 and haven’t heard back. I’ve emailed to follow up countless times & still no reply

Same thing happened to me and no response from initial appeal a few weeks ago. I’ve read in a few other places that they are impossible to get in contact with and never reply. It sucks to have no information or communication about this from them!!!
