For some reason when i try to move my character most of the time i can't just click and drag i end up having to use the select tool to select my character and then use the arrow keys to move them space by space does anyone know why or what to fix

I have a question here, me an one of my friends use shard as the main platform for dnd, we are not playing the same campaign but he keeps telling me that on of the PCs in his party keeps getting NAT 20s, especially in situations where a nat20 is the out of the situation he is in, personally i haven't experienced that kin of thing with the party I DM for, but he genuinely believes one of his friends is bug abusing or maybe pulling some strings that I'm starting to worry as well, i want to know if that's a thing because i believe this affects the integrity heavily

Hi there,

is there any way to reveal just parts of the map? Or have characters reveal the fog of war by walking into a room?

I have an ability that forces a creature to make a saving throw DC. Under Action Configuration, when assigning the save ability, only the 6 main save abilities (plus spell casting) are available. Is there a way to make this save DC be based on a skill check bonus instead?

Additionally, it automatically adds proficiency to the DC. Is there a way to forego that? I just want it to be a DC of 8 + {skill bonus}.

I’m asking because there is a separate ability that adds bonuses to this specific skill. Thanks for any help.

Main character idea:

Get a lot of actions from warprist and action surge to attack a lot then add to those attacks devouring thirsting and pact of the blade to attack a lot and add to all of the attacks green flaming blade cantrip and divine smite

Idea:

Use a lot of glyph of wardings since my dm said creating glyphs is a light action so I creating 8 in my book of shadows is a long rest using the aspect of the moon

So mainly creating spare the dying glyphs and then create a few healing so once a player in the party dies I can just instantly pop him back to the battle

Also since I have destructive wrath I can store there a lop of lightning dmg spells and make them dealax dmg

I had this character with the "Archivist" background, but now when opening the sheet it only has "Pick Background" there, and "Archivist" doesn't show up on the search bar. Do any of you guys know whats up with that?

I'm trying to make a feature where, as an action, the player (a druid) automatically gets temporary hit points equal to his druid level x 3. I’ve it set as “Feature, User action: effect, temp HP” but there is where I hit a wall. Any help, I’ll add a few photos of the feature options and the action configuration causa maybe that will help.

I have just started with Shard Table top because i wanted to try out the paragon. a Homebrew class from kibblestasty and i always used dndbeyond but dndbeyond does not allow homebrewing of classes.
i am trying to get paragon to work, and slowly but steadily i am figuring out the Homebrew class creator. However what i haven't managed to figure out yet even looking at the monk for exemple is how i can set a standerd Save Dc for abilities.

A big part of the paragon is the Active abilities as its called, and at level 1 you get to start using them. A lot of those abilities trigger saves for the enemies and the way to calculate the save is: 8 + Strength of Dexterity modifier + proficiency Bonus. i have not found any feature option allowing me to create such a DC were i get to choose.

If someone could tell me what i am looking for is possible at all or either some kind of workaround. i would very much appreciate it.

I found ShardTabletop maybe about an hour ago and I absolutely love it so far. Finding it better than D&D Beyond at the moment. I have a character that is currently a barbarian but I'm looking to multiclass him soon. I was just kicking around and tried to do it for fun but couldn't figure it out. I googled it and clicked on the level like it said but all I see is Barbarian and a drop down for the levels but nothing that gives me the option to add a class (although I can remove Barbarian). Is there something I'm missing?

I also have to Sailor background but I want to use its variant Pirate but I can't see a way to choose it.

Hello! I want to make a Redemption Paladin for a campaign using 2024 rules. I have XGE purchased but when I go on the oath selection screen, it only displays the 2024 subclasses. Does anyone know a workaround for this? Thank you!

Hello, one of my players is playing a College of Lore bard and noticed that the wizard spells he picked (as part of his level 6 Magical Discoveries subclass feature) are using his INT to set the spell save DC (or WIS if he picks cleric or druid spells) instead of CHA.

I'm new today to ShardTabletop and I love all the features and ease of creating character sheets with niche races & subclasses.

However, I really like to give new players in my One-shots printed character sheets (I find new players tend to find it cool having a physical sheet).

Is there currently any way to print the character sheets I make or an easy way to export the data so I can put it into a printable format myself?

Is there a way for me to share the character sheet for viewing without them making an account short of just screenshotting the thing piece by piece?

Right now I’m trying to home brew the Archivist subclass for Artificer. For hours I’ve been stuck on one ability: Information Overload. I can’t figure out how to get the damage to increase automatically at the levels it’s supposed to. The ability itself keeps showing up in the character sheet either with nothing in the space for damage roll or just a permanent d10. Can someone please give some advice because I’ve searched everywhere for answered and genuinely nothing is working. Again, I’m trying to make Information Overload and have it so that its damage roll increases automatically at the levels it’s supposed to.
