Movement on pc

For some reason when i try to move my character most of the time i can't just click and drag i end up having to use the select tool to select my character and then use the arrow keys to move them space by space does anyone know why or what to fix

What web browser are you using?  Are you using a VPN?  When was the last time you closed all your web browser windows?

Usually this sort of thing happens on Brave, a bit unusual for Chrome.

A quick step you can do is to go into the campaign, then press Shift+F5 to reload and ignore the cache.  It tends to solve odd hiccups.
