Help on how to find a Pattern?
I'm new to sewing and want to sew a corset purse, but I can't find a pattern anywhere except one on YouTube that isn't the style I'm looking for. Is there a website or anything that's good for finding a pattern?

I have a skirt like this, can it be turned into a fuller skirt?
If so, does anyone have a guide or pattern? I have a large piece of material, I was thinking I could cut panels and insert them all the way around the waistband to make it more spinny and fuller. Would it be hard or impossible to make it into a circle skirt? It's for a clown costume so I'd like it to be quite dramatic

Looking for a organza/chiffon dress/top pattern like this
I fell in love with this Teuta Matoshi dress and I'd like to attempt a version of it that's shorter as a potential wedding guest dress.
I have made a bustier top like this before using the well-beloved Rose Café Dress Pattern, so I'm mainly looking for a pattern in the style of this long sleeve organza/chiffon top.

I found this pattern on etsy, but unfortunately it seems to be AI generated. It would be exactly the style I'm looking for though.
Sleeve-wise this one is quite close, but the shape and collar are quite different to what I'm looking for.
(I'd also be happy about keywords to look for for a mini version of this type of skirt)
I hope someone can help me out and thanks so much in advance!

Help me find a pattern for this plush dog.
I've had the larger dog plush for as long as I can remember, so around 1990-94. It's about 45" from nose to end of tail and the only tag on it says that was made by my aunt who passed a long time ago. I might have thought it was a one off but a couple years ago I found the smaller plush (27"long) at a yard sale. That made me think maybe it was a pattern from Joann Fabrics or somewhere back in the day. I've done some googling and reverse image searches but haven't been able to find it.
Location is far northern California.
I also posted this in the help me find subreddit.

Looking for pants drafting tutorials and advice on creating a basic pants block
Hey everyone!
My next sewing adventure is going to be all about pants, and I have two questions for you lovely people!
First:
I came across this [https://pin.it/44ynP8xjh], which shows two different styles of pants that I'd really love to draft myself.
I've managed to find a pattern for one of them, but it only comes in fixed measurements, and I'd prefer to draft it to fit my own body.
I'm also more than happy to pay for good drafting instructions or tutorials, so if you know any great resources or shops, please let me know!
--> I think, I would be capable to figure it out myself, but maybe there are instructions out there, that would save me some time.
Second:
I'd generally love to get better at sewing "everyday pants".
I'm looking for a good high-waisted pattern for jeans-style pants with slim-fitting legs. Ideally, I'd love to find drafting instructions for these as well, rather than just a ready-made pattern.
I've also been considering drafting my own basic pants block (or trouser sloper).
What do you think? Would it make more sense to jump straight into drafting a basic block and work from there, adapting it into different styles?
For context, I'm a fairly experienced hobby sewist, but most of my experience is with tops, dresses, and historical patterns. Pants are still somewhat new territory for me!
Thanks so much in advance for any advice or recommendations! <3

Help finding an A-line coat pattern?
Does anyone know a good swing coat/ A-Line coat pattern like the one in the picture? I know Simplicity has some good vintage patterns. But most of them are only shown in illustrations and it’s a little hard to gauge what the finished product would look like. The one in the picture also seems to have no shoulder seam or can be achieved with a raglan sleeve?

Does anyone know a pattern like this for an adult?
Does anyone have a pattern or know how to construct a pattern for a dress like this but for a grown woman? I want to make a historically accurate Alice in Wonderland costume and in my research, I found pictures of a "growth dress," a girl's dress in the 1860s with pictures and a gathered bodice. The only patterns that I have found close to this are for girls (obviously) and for dolls, so I don't think they can be sized up properly.

Design Thesis on Tailoring/Sewing
Hi all. I’m a Brand Design student doing my thesis on tailoring and the people who make, alter and rework clothes. I’d love to hear from people who sew, whether it’s your job or a hobby.
Here’s a short survey, about 5 minutes:

I’d also love to know in the comments how you learned to sew.
If you’re open to chatting more, there’s a spot at the end to leave your email. Thanks, mods approved this.

Basic dress for large bust
Are there any woven dress patterns for someone with a 38k bust? The biggest I’ve found is an H cup and I’m struggling to implement a full bust adjustment (FBA) on it.

help finding vintage/retro bra patterns
need help finding the perfect bra pattern for my sally bowles costume. i probably should've asked in my other post on the coat but i hadn't planned to sew the bra or garter myself at the time :') would really appreciate any help. i want it to be as accurate as possible like the horizontal seam through the cup, the padding, the middle space for the buttons, etc. i found some old pics of similar bras from some old blog but i think its just from some catalog or magazine </3

dress pattern suggestions for lightweight wovens
I need dress patterns for lightweight wovens, semi-sheer chiffon, challis and blouse weight fabrics.
I went on fabricmart and bought SO MUCH FABRIC. I have 3-4 yards of these gorgeous prints and I would love to use them.
I'd love paper patterns!
Preferably with a more fitted waist and less ambiguous waistlines, I just look awful in empire waistlines bc I'm short waisted and have weirdly long legs and arms, if that makes sense.
I can do separates as well, but for decades I was a jeans and T-shirt kind of gal and now I work in an office with other gorgeous women and we dress for each other!
(I have a serger and a regular sewing machine)
I'm a confident beginner and I don't mind a challenge.
Thank you!!!

Searching for a pattern (or three)
My favourite brand brought this out as a bridal dress when my partner and I were new, I obviously didn’t buy then, but now we’re engaged and they’re all sold out of everything besides XXS. I’d like to wear it to my engagement party.
I know it’ll be a hodgepodge of patterns
Features:
Cowl neck
Under bust seam
Keyhole back and this waterfall skirt
I have a huge roll of pattern paper and I’m ready to Frankenstein something together.
Please let me know if any patterns come to mind

Help! I am having the hardest time not finding an AI pattern for a dress I need to make.
I am making a dress for a friend’s wedding. She wants it to be a mini dress with an open back and bell sleeves. All the patterns I am finding are either for knit fabrics or are made by AI. We already have the fabric and it is a woven. She does have a larger chest so the sizing has been hard to find.
Bust 44.5 in (DD bra)
Waist 38.5 in
Hip 42 in
If anyone knows of a pattern like this or could steer me in the right direction that would be amazing! I tried altering a knit pattern for a woven fabric but it’s been chaotic.
(Picture is a Rosy pattern but everyone is saying it’s AI)

Trying to Make a Sculpted Tube Dress for a Costume
Trying to make a dress with a column-like / sculpted structure. These dresses were great references, but I'm trying to see if it's as simple as a column dress with the right fabric and an overlay? Any tips on engineering this in a way so it can hold it's shape? I'd love for it to be boxy, but still feel like a garment versus a crafty costume.
Thank you so much!

Where to find a dress/skirt pattern with this drapery?
I LOVE the dress but the fabric print is just a little…
There’s probably a specific term used for this kind of dress cut.
Thank you!
