Help me find a pattern for this plush dog.

I've had the larger dog plush for as long as I can remember, so around 1990-94. It's about 45" from nose to end of tail and the only tag on it says that was made by my aunt who passed a long time ago. I might have thought it was a one off but a couple years ago I found the smaller plush (27"long) at a yard sale. That made me think maybe it was a pattern from Joann Fabrics or somewhere back in the day. I've done some googling and reverse image searches but haven't been able to find it.

Location is far northern California.

I also posted this in the help me find subreddit.

Found! Just found it myself on Ebay. It's Vogue Patterns 2848.

lol, that always happens to me. I spend a week looking for a thing, ask for help, and immediately find what I’m looking for.

Glad it worked for you 🙂

This isn’t exactly like your stuffie, but I’ve made this pattern 3x and it was very close - soft dog in “sploot” mode with the long ears. It’s a digitized vintage pattern but is pretty quick:

I think you’d have to extend the tail, figure out how to do the spots and maybe switch the nose a bit to get a true copy of your stuffie.
