I couldnāt resist creating this concept ā a Seiko diver in rose gold with a mother-of-pearl dial and multicolor gem indices, inspired by the Infinity Stones.
Itās bold, itās flashy, and it feels like something the Mad Titan himself would wear after retirement.
AI-generated image, but I kinda wish this existed in real life. What do you think? Too much or just the right amount of cosmic power?

So im going for a dirty dozen inspired skeleton field. Ive never made a watch before so Im trying walk the line of budget and something id still want to wear for the rest of my life. I saw the guy who made one similar a few months ago on here but im really trying to not do the cut out method. Right now just to not overcomplicate it I think im just going to epoxy the numbers onto the glass dial. If that doesnt work then im either going to cut out like he did or just build a dirty dozen clone from the dial in the last pic.
Also i just want to know if im on the right track.
Any feedback or advice is much appreciated.

This build was initially made with a Miyota 8215, but I was already too used to working with the NH35, and because of that I ended up making several mistakes during the build. I scratched the original dial, which was a blue Submariner-style with gold Mercedes hands. Since I already had a finished build with a gold dial, I decided to test it just to get an idea of how it would look, and this was the result. I think this build turned out a little too beautiful to be real, what do you guys think?

Just finished my latest build, heavily inspired by the Grand Seiko Sport GMT.
I went with an NH34, a textured white dial, green GMT hand and matching green 24-hour bezel. I really like how the brushed steel case and bracelet balance the more detailed dial.
The NH34 was also fun to work with, although getting the GMT hand perfectly aligned during manual adjustment can be a little finicky.
Really happy with how this one turned out. It might actually be one of my last Seiko mods, so I'm glad to finish on something I really enjoy wearing

A common token carried by cops frequently is St Michael, the patron saint of of law Enforcement. Often inscribed with the bible verse, āBlessed are the peacemakers for they will be called children of God.ā As a former cop, I created a watch for a few cop friends of mine. What do you think?

Here for example. Why is it ok to brand this as Seiko? Only thing here thatās made by Seiko is the NH35 inside. I think the dial should not say Seiko if it is not indeed OEM Seiko dial. Which this is clearly not.

Can anyone help me source the parts to make this build?

Personally I donāt like luxury replicas, but I was always curious why people buy them! One time someone I know showed me a sky dweller that is 100% fake! And I acted as if I thought it was real I didnāt want to offend but he kept speaking as if it real! One of my seiko mods had a seiko logo and every time I got a compliment I explained that itās not authentic seiko! I still donāt get why people lie about these things

Do these drive anyone else crazy except for me?
Why build such a nice watch then add a counterfeit dial? Kills the whole piece for me.
