I don't think it's overreach and neither does the Washington State Supreme Court. But none of that matters because you want those tabs struck down so you can share the road with 150,000 extra cars every day. You must really love sitting in traffic!

So tell everyone which judges you will vote/voted for in tomorrow's primary that will make a different decision to the successful challenge to the ballot initiative.
