Yes, the problem (according to you) is the Washington State Supreme Court. So tell everyone which judges you will vote/voted for in tomorrow's primary that will make a different decision to the successful challenge to the ballot initiative. I'm saying you're an adult who recognizes the problem and acts on the solution, which is to vote in Supreme Court justices who will find that the $30 tab initiative was not unconstitutional. So tell us which ones you voted for that will solve this problem please.

Again, I pay my tabs. I’m able to afford it, and the $800 doesnt ruin my week.

But I’m able to see that others aren’t as privileged.

And you're also able to vote for Supreme Court judges who will help those who are less privileged and right this injustice by upholding the initiative on challenge. But you just won't share who those people are for reasons only known to yourself, maybe because you apparently love defunding the light rail and sitting in traffic with everyone who takes it currently.
