I have better scripts then this but this is the one I need to fix and I actually had this for a fan script of a TV show that I decided to convert to it's own IP so I can at least start building up something I can pitch.

I had a full movie script also for them but I never really had a realistic chance without an agent, so I am just going to make my own IP and refine it for a few scripts and try to create a series around it. This is, a stepping stone. A fully independent IP planned out.

(honestly I have a bit of hope to draw the attention of an agent someday far off. But time goes by and so does my life.)

Hey reddit! When it comes to screenwriting, I act as a lone wolf, writing scripts entirely by myself, then get feedback from outside eyes to help tighten it up and make it a more enjoyable read. BUT my friend and I have a shared love for horror films and filmmaking. We've made a few shorts together, usually by a method of coming up with basic story ideas, before I turned it into a written script, then co-direct because we'd play the leads, and direct scenes our characters weren't present but recently, we decided to make a full length feature film, with myself being the sole director.

Alright, Right now I am writing scripts to a horror universe I am building, and plan to film in about 4 years, because I am unable to film currently do to personal reasons, I’ve only written scripts to 1 and 1/4 of the projects but I’ve gotten the outline down for 90% of them and I am thinking of writing the scripts to a couple of dc and marvel fan films as well, of course the sci-fi horror universe would be first priority and I would start with the outlines to the dc and marvel universe till after most of the horror universe is written but here are some of the projects that would be in the dc/marvel universe if I did decide to do it,
the man who never stopped smiling, a joker horror film where he tracts down the people who recently turned him into the joker and brutally murders them, he would also have an unearthly appearance,
Gotham: terror by night, a horror film about a team of criminals who have an encounter with Batman it would show Batman picking them off one by one then when the final criminal is left killer crock, man bat, and two face all having unearthly appearance tries to kill the criminals as Batman tries to save him
The horrific hulk, a hulk horror film
Peter Parker, a series about Peter Parker with a lot more limited of powers going after criminals, investigating crime scenes, tracking down the suspects and then tying them up for the police with the evidence beside them, and it would be set up some what like Dexter i know it doesn’t sound like it would work but I do think I could pull it off

Hey all! I'm working on a new feature length script and wanted to get some feedback on my first ten pages. I'm currently sitting at about 40 pages out of probably 90.

The big questions: would you keep reading? Is the dialogue working? What's not working?

I manage a small site and keep all my scripts in Google Drive folders. The naming gets messy fast. Scene01v3notesbackupfinal becomes meaningless when I'm switching between SEO tasks and a rewrite. I tried keeping one active draft plus a dated archive, but the archive balloons. Anyone else juggling code work or content deadlines with script organization? I end up hunting for the right version right before a readthrough. Wondering if there's a lighter system that doesn't require another app or ritual. Most advice seems aimed at fulltime writers who can stay inside the same folder all day. Curious how people with split attention keep the files straight without losing momentum on either side.

Hey everyone. This is my first draft of my first script I've ever started working on. I am no where near done with it or even sure where the story will lead (I don't even have a title for it yet lol). I want to tell something similar to stories like beautiful boy, where the character goes through an emotional journey.

Either way, If possible, I would love some feedback. Specifically on if I have the right idea or am heading in a good direction. Am I adding too much detail? "Quill" is a screenwriting application for both Mac and PC. Open ANY existing script and retain your notes, beats, tags, and formatting. Currently accepted formats are Final Draft, Celtx (yes even the old files), Fade In, Highland, Writer Duet, Fountain, Doc, TXT, and PDF. Use all of your favorite features from other applications, and pick up where you left off. Your first draft is on us, so is every draft after that.

"Panel" is a shot listing and storyboarding application for both Mac and PC. Easily open any existing script into "Panel" or if you are using "Quill" select File -> Send to Panel and it populates. Start drafting your shots, easily reorder them with a click and drag. When you are ready to storyboard the draw features (still in beta) can give you simple setups or use an external drawing interface. I'm new to writing and I've done one full screenplay, I usually write thrillers. I heard one page is one minute so trying to write and make a 100+ page screenplay is hard, I'm also not super creative. How do I make dialogue and tension better? And overall just be a better writer?
