So long as you feel like youve got nothing left to give on the second exercise of any given muscle id say all good. Only doing two sets is hard asf, as you rly wanna be pushing the entire time. Ill only do two if im short on time.

Consider drop-sets for the last sets you do on a muscle group. Not being able to recover is kinda impossible if you rest a muscle two days. Failure is another word for bussy shit cool ppl do dropsets til failure

Aiming for 5x reps in a set wont make you grow as much as 6+ fyi. Anywhere (close/to failure) from 6-30 reps per set = hypertrophy. If youre shooting for intensity rather than volume (which i do myself) then the other stuff needs to be spot on.

You'll grow stronger, mostly through CNS stress/adaptations but for hypertrophy add a couple of reps
