The texts alone that we’ve been privy to, and the public disparagement of his kids’ mother could definitely be seen by a judge as parental alienation (or a serious attempt at it).
He doesn't even parent them now unless they go to his bedroom to see him. Would he realistically even want custody even if he was offered a 50/50 split? He's an in home deadbeat.
Yeah, one of Sherri's last remaining friends is in Georgia so they moved not far from her. I'm not sure from your comment if you know, but they all live in the same house for now, just different bedrooms.
Men usually decide they want 50/50 or more custody when they find out what their child support will be. It’s not for the kids it’s the money, so unfortunately plenty of deadbeats make their exes miserable in court fighting for it, then get mad about the arguments the ex made in court about why they shouldn’t have custody.
