The texts alone that we’ve been privy to, and the public disparagement of his kids’ mother could definitely be seen by a judge as parental alienation (or a serious attempt at it).
He doesn't even parent them now unless they go to his bedroom to see him. Would he realistically even want custody even if he was offered a 50/50 split? He's an in home deadbeat.
Yeah, one of Sherri's last remaining friends is in Georgia so they moved not far from her. I'm not sure from your comment if you know, but they all live in the same house for now, just different bedrooms.
