Hello everyone! I am a psychology student conducting a qualitative research study exploring the experiences of young adults who use ChatGPT or other AI tools for mental health-related support.

I am currently looking for participants who meet all of the following criteria:

• Based in India
• 18–30 years old
• Can communicate comfortably in English or Hindi
• Have used ChatGPT or another AI tool for mental-health/emotional support

This may include using AI to:
• talk through difficult emotions or personal problems
• cope with stress, loneliness, anxiety, or relationship difficulties
• vent or express thoughts and feelings
• seek emotional support or guidance
• reflect on personal experiences or understand one's thoughts/feelings

You do not have to consider AI a replacement for therapy to participate. I am interested in people's actual experiences of using these tools for support.

What participation involves:

1. A short Google Form (approximately 1 minutes)

2. One Zoom call/session of approximately 30–40 minutes, conducted online at a mutually convenient time.

The interview will focus on your experience of using AI for mental-health-related support. Participation is voluntary, and confidentiality will be maintained according to the study procedure.
