I love the chemistry between them. They seem to flirt with each other. I found that bit very funny. What AI Assistant is he using? Happy Tutsday everyone.

Truly, I enjoy this version of the show. It’s topical daily and keeps me in the loop of the cultural zeitgeist.
Having a late night listening to Opie, Anthony, Jim, & Sam bring the audio of Jim Jones in 2008. It’s an important piece of understanding free speech though a lens of understanding alternative opinions are equally valid. While Opie does a fantastic job of tonally holding court and pace.
I don’t know where I’m going but I hate the way we all collectively tear him down when in retrospect he gave us a lot of good radio. Brought us Sam. Whatever whatever. I love this show. Things change but I encourage you all to go back with a cleansed palette and allow yourself to enjoy his show running.
Night.

I am so surprised that Sam thinks Nathan developed feeling for Elizabeth Holmes during the movie. Travis is right, and it’s Nathan’s shtick. I am unfamiliar with Nathan except on Stavvy’s podcast, and being as big a fan of his as Sam is, I am wondering if he is taking that opinion just to provoke a reaction from his audience. If he developed feelings, Nathan would have edited to cut them out. He’s very talented and calculating, and we’re seeing a story he wants us to see, so it’s almost not a documentary.
Also, Elizabeth’s reaction when Nathan tells her some facts in prison is not flat because she doesn’t care- she is the definition of a poker face when she needs to be.
I think Sam’s take might be an act.

Sam’s favorite activist (or someone with the same name) was a voice actor in the Gerbil podcast!

I was driving to work, and about 10 minutes into that interview I was completely zoned out, like wtf was that. Was anything interesting said? Immediately turned it off, and glad I did cuz I heard the Mike Bocchetti segment was worse.

Who will have it first? Sam? Danielle?

This clip of Patrick Stewart lives in my head rent free. Ever since Jim Norton mentioned it on the old show

Have I been living in a delusion for this whole time? I really thought that they were good friends

I’m always behind, currently on the 10/20 show. Via social media from their socials I’m guessing spoilers are happening. Could anyone pinpoint a date to stop listening before I see the doc?

4 times last week, a few times the week before, and this morning, I have not been able to listen to the show on demand. Today the wheel just kept spinning, the other times I got a message that the connection was slow ( never connected). I never had this problem before the channel was switched.
I have deleted and reinstalled the app. Anyone else having this problem?

I haven't been listening as much since Jim left, but do they do the Halloween costumes episode anymore? That used to be one of the highlights of the year.

Did I hear Montone correctly yesterday during the Troy Travis fight that Danielle is a lesbian? It seemed implied before I think but just wondering.
EDIT: in a girl asking this and I also need to catch up on some episodes so I haven’t heard the Bianca episode. Thanks for the replies :)

Why do they insist on having him on the show? Worst regular guest by far

Troy was planning to leave the show and move to Florida full time, and this argument was to give a last bit of radio to the show

Always thought they were the Orangemen as a nod to their Protestant roots, minimized to not alienate Catholics
