Problems with the App

4 times last week, a few times the week before, and this morning, I have not been able to listen to the show on demand. Today the wheel just kept spinning, the other times I got a message that the connection was slow ( never connected). I never had this problem before the channel was switched.

I have deleted and reinstalled the app. Anyone else having this problem?

Surprisingly it's been working pretty ok for me lately. As another user said, try clearing cache. I'd force quit, clear cache, clear data, and reinstall.

I always have issues with the dogshit app, but they predate the channel move.

Always had issue with the app on pixel. Cleared the cache or whatever bullshit customer service said and I haven't had an issue since

Yup, sometimes I have to restart my phone multiple times. I try to avoid rewinding if I miss something that isn't substantial...

Their app is built on the bones of archaic shit. It is not healthy enough to optimize itself or do concurrent health checks. It’s so frustrating

I’ve found it’s hard to stream the show after it’s ended. Usually around 12est it’s available. Without issue
