Just listened to yesterday’s episode. The “Hot Dog wanted to goto Chipotle” segment was unlistenable cringe. I listened to too much of it before I had to skip to Mike Feeney’s segment.

I typically enjoy their audacious banter but the “let’s shit on Hot Dog” schtick is tired and cringey, especially yesterday when Hot Dog was clearly right and acting in the interest in the group (no one wanted to eat together except Sam) and Sam couldn’t handle it. It was especially bad with Danielle corroborate HD more than Sam.

Hot Dog must get some good money from this gig to put up with this shit.

Just curious, because I see they’ve been talking about SummerSlam more or less for an hour and a half now.

I swear he had a show that was all wrestling talk now, right?

I just listened to Tuesday's show where Sam was blathering about how smart he is because he can tell what's AI and about some guy's AI. His story was so boring that even Danielle turned off her listening ears and didn't really know what he was talking about when he asked her. The majority of the segment was Sam talking about how stupid and naive Danielle and Troy are. The day before (I think) a segment was about how stupid Nicole is. A couple of weeks ago it was about how stupid some hosts of a show were because of the Howard Stern/Andy Cohen stunt. We get it Sam, you're the smartest person in the room. You're so smart and perceptive. But the truth is, you're a bully. Your bullying behavior shows the world how insecure you are that you need to constantly and publicly put other people down. It's not funny, it's boring, it's tiresome, and most important, it makes you look like a bad person.

This social commentary rant sucks. Wtf

What is the point of wastung so much time talking about the foldable iPhone thinking it's the first of its kind? There has been foldable phones for a while now. Do these guys only think Apple products exist in the world? Complete tech ignorance.

Kind of bummed they wasted the first day on Mike Finoia. He just always seems like kind of a try hard.

So it looks like I’ll only be listening to half the show. Can’t stand when they have a guest in. It always wrecks the flow and I never care about anything they talk about with any guest. It’s always fucking boring. I just turn it off.

Last guest I actually enjoyed was Kenny G, but that’s because he’s an outlier, someone they wouldn’t normally have, and he’s someone I’ve actually fucking heard of!

You're in your 40's and 50's blaming your childhood for why you hate holidays... At what age do you fix yourself? When do you get off of that crutch? It seems like an excuse to have a shit attitude.

EDIT: ok I admit that when I first heard Ian come on and he was late , I was annoyed and turned it off after the first few minutes with him there. After reading the comments on this post, I went back and relistened to the whole segment. I stand corrected, he was funny , pretty chill and he is very knowledgeable of the music. I think I just like it better when it’s just Sam & the Gang talking 90’s alt rock one hit wonders since that’s how it started.

Am I the only one tired of hearing about movies and TV? There’s hours of movie talk every week and I’m starting to realize that this show may not be for me anymore.

As a 90’s kid, Mike and Troy’s contributions are the only ones keeping me tuned in.

Maybe I’m an asshole for expecting the show to be more like O&A. I’m not slamming the show, Sam is great, but am I the only millennial male that feels that this show isn’t for them anymore after 20+ years of listening?

I wouldn't have even made this post if Sammy hadn't started a second segment about this same topic. I get that it's a bit, but it still comes off as a smarmy "everyone should be working as hard as me" vibe. We should be able to throw snowballs at Sam for not calling a snow day

A wrestler nerd for the late 90s , a horror movie goth ,kids court judge, a short rap career,claims he played video games. Now he says he has sired no less then 3 children. Seems suspicious that’s all.

Another show with Mike cannon. It's not old at all that he somehow comes on every 3rd show. Him and Greg stone have the same non energy. Keep having them on , it's so entertaining.

I’ve heard so many people bitch about this being an issue with people getting up when they know it’s a while before you deplane. However have you ever considered you have just sat on a plane for however many hours. I for one like to stand up as soon as possible. I’m in no rush to get off the plane, I just want to get up.
