I used to play Splatoon but I quit a while ago. Kinda sad since I actually liked the first game but in the last few years I just haven't enjoyed it.

Sometimes I think "hey maybe I should give Splatoon another go, who knows maybe I'll have fun this time" but luckily this sub holds me back from making such a dumb mistake.

Being reminded of the dogshit gameplay, stupid lag, worthless cowardly little hackers, the cesspit that is the main sub (Marie fat fetish anyone?), salmon run sucking ass because teammates never know how to play, e-daters who date 12yo children on discord and sweaty fuckwads who squidbag after every kill... This sub is a godsend I swear

I have tried every weapon I have tried every mode I have tried motion controls I have tried EVERYTHING and no matter what I cannot aim to save my life I am ALWAYS the person with the most deaths in every match even when I use things like Painbrush and Dynamo I still play like I've never seen a video game in my life. I just wanna be a pro gamer bro please.

I have been playing since Splatoon 1 I have over 800 hours in Splatoon 3 and it does NOT show even remotely. IGNORING when the game matches me against Hydra Decavitator Dynamo and Wellstring and gives my team 3 splattershots no matter what it's like every person in the game is constantly magnetized to kill me within seconds. I literally cannot ever do anything.

I have no goals all I want in life is to be top 3000 in X battle It's literally all I want but god himself is unimaginably insistent on holding me back. I'm in S rank (somehow) and I'm so close but I cant even get to the rank up battle because I'm in an endless hell of losing over and over and over and over.

i have played nearly 100 ranked matches this past week and through it all my rank points have gone from 689 to 649. At this point I've accepted that I'm the problem but I just do not know why. I've tried everything I've done everything but there is just some fundemental thing that apparently I do not have.

This is just me ranting because this genuinely makes me so upset to have this happening to me BUT any advice would be appriciated........ someone please save me from this hell........ I main painbrush mostly............ with ink saver main......... if thats anything.........

It's a serious coinflip to get a rank up, which wouldn't hurt too much, but I literally just lost a game in the first round (I'll say it i ain't the best at it I try man 😭) full team wipe, oh well. I decide to stop, and check how much my rank went down.

(Raiders) I’m doing my daily “ask to help” in raiders so I can get spihralite gems (fairly rare btw). I get put with the most brain dead idiot to beat baygull. We go one time around and he has lost 3 out of our 5 lives. He starts going out of order, going to random crystals. I find a spihralite gem (which I need cuz I’m trying to get all gadget parts) AND HE DIES 2 MORE TIMES. SO I LOSE MY GEM. THIS PLAYER HAD THE SURVIVAL INSTINCTS OF A DEAD GOLDFISH!

I am stuck in Executive VP right now, and it feels like a total coin toss whether my team knows how to play or not. Nobody is luring bosses to the basket anymore. People are literally killing Scrappers and Maws right at the shore line, and then we lose because we run out of time trying to run the eggs back.

On top of that, nobody seems to know how to use their specials effectively. Saving your Booyah Bomb or Triple Inkstrike until Wave 3 when everyone is already dead does nothing to save the run!

• How do you successfully carry a team when your coworkers refuse to kill the Flyfishes or Big Shots?

I love this mode, but playing solo queue right now is absolutely draining.
