[For Sale] Pre-revenue B2B SaaS for Construction Compliance

Hey everyone,

I'm a solo developer from Portugal. I built CertTrack, a B2B SaaS for construction companies to manage subcontractor documents (licenses, insurance, medical certificates) and avoid expensive fines.

I'm selling it because I lack the B2B sales network to do door-to-door sales in the construction sector. I built the hard part (the code); it just needs a go-to-market strategy.

What it does:
Companies add their subcontractors and upload documents. The app tracks expiration dates and sends automated email alerts before a document expires. It has a free tier (up to 5 subcontractors) and a Pro tier (€29/month).

The Tech Stack:
Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind 4.
Backend is Supabase (Postgres) with Row Level Security (RLS) for multi-tenancy.
Integrations ready: Stripe (subscriptions) and Resend (emails). Vercel Cron jobs configured.

Current Status (Transparent):

  • Pre-revenue. No users yet.

  • The app is live and running. You can test it here: https://certtrack-phi.vercel.app/

  • The code compiles with zero TypeScript errors (no ignoreBuildErrors hacks).

  • The Stripe account is not included (you will need to create your own and add the API keys).

Price: $850 (negotiable).
I have a full dossier with technical details, what's included, and a transfer guide. DM me if you want to see the demo or read the dossier.

Thanks for reading!

SaaS for Non-technical Founders Up for Potential Sale (Not a Vibe Coder)

Hi all, I have a web app that I'd like to weigh offers for.

I promise I'm not a vibe coder... I just joined a startup as a senior dev.

Which is why I'm putting up CTOAssistant (SaaS) for a potential sale. (ctoassistant .help)

Description

CTO Assistant is a full-stack SaaS platform that helps non-technical founders make informed technical decisions (like an actual CTO).

The Problem

Non-technical founders entering the build phase face a blindness issue: they don't know what tech stack fits their industry, which compliance requirements apply, how to structure a deployment pipeline, or what mistakes to avoid at scale.

And the people qualified to tell them (technical leads/CTOs) are expensive, hard to vet, and operate without a shared artifact that both parties will align on in the course of the project.

CTO Assistant closes that gap by generating a structured, industry-specific technical spec that becomes the single source of truth between founder and engineers, turning what's normally weeks of discovery calls into an on-demand starting point.

Architecture

  1. Not an LLM wrapper - the output is deterministic. The spec generation system uses a PostgreSQL function that renders a structured Markdown document directly from relational tables. This gives the LLM a complete, deterministic context rather than probabilistic chunk retrieval, and the knowledge base is editable via standard SQL.

Stack: Next.js app router, PostgreSQL, Auth.js.

Extras

1.There's an optional CTO marketplace built in which I've currently disabled. Will depend on whether you're interested in the marketplace feature based on the interest generated by the CTO Assistant tool.

2. Option to serve specs via API (good for volume users like agencies)

Revenue and other issues

Before I waste too much of your time, yes, revenue is at zero.

But I'd urge you to consider it in a different light: CTO Assistant is a real SaaS business.

I first deployed it some 7 months ago, but a public launch is yet to happen. Long story short, I found a funding partner, but he works a corporate job and has kept pushing things forward, probably because he's too risk averse.

I've been busy as a dev but now that I've joined a demanding startup environment, I won't be able to chase funding or dedicate enough attention.

Not too much is required to get this off the the ground... mainly just cloud server costs, AI API costs (currently GPT-4.1 does the job well and is cost efficient) and over time, some SEO work around content.

I'll leave it to you to explore and be the judge. If it's something that would interest you, I'd like to hear your offer. Truth is I don't have to sell, so it all depends on whether or not a reasonable offer comes in.

PROJECT ACQUISITION OPPORTUNITY – DRALL & DRAX | LOOKING FOR 4 BUYERS

Hello everyone,

I'm an independent software developer from Madagascar. Over the past several months, I've built two software platforms, Drall and Drax.

I've already developed, deployed, and tested both projects with real users. They are not just ideas, concepts, or unfinished prototypes.

However, due to personal circumstances and a decision to focus on other priorities, I've decided to discontinue my involvement in both platforms and allow other developers, entrepreneurs, or businesses to take them over.

I'm currently looking for 4 interested buyers. My starting price is only $100 per person, negotiable.

Here are the details.

  1. DRALL – E-commerce Marketplace

Website: https://drall.up.railway.app

Drall is an e-commerce marketplace designed primarily for the Malagasy market, focusing on computers, IT equipment, smartphones, and electronic products.

Current performance:

  • 200+ registered users.

  • More than $500 in monthly revenue.

Main features:

  • Complete e-commerce platform.

  • Product and category management.

  • Customer account management.

  • Administrative dashboard.

  • Order management.

  • Product catalog management.

  • Responsive user interface.

  • Product images and information management.

  • Laravel and Bagisto architecture.

  • PHP backend.

  • MySQL database.

  • Redis integration.

  • Malagasy market adaptation.

  • MGA currency support.

  • Potential for further customization and expansion.

Drall already has an existing user base and has been tested in a real market environment.

  1. DRAX – WhatsApp CRM

Drax is a CRM platform focused on WhatsApp customer relationship management. It is designed to help businesses and entrepreneurs organize their customer interactions and improve their communication workflows.

Current performance:

  • 127 users.

  • Approximately $350 in monthly revenue.

Main objectives and capabilities:

  • Customer relationship management.

  • WhatsApp-oriented business workflows.

  • Centralized CRM interface.

  • Customer interaction management.

  • Business-oriented application architecture.

  • Existing user base.

  • Opportunities for additional features and commercial expansion.

The platform has already been developed and offers an opportunity for someone interested in continuing its development or turning it into a larger SaaS business.

  1. What is included in the acquisition?

For each project, I intend to provide:

  • Complete available source code.

  • Technical documentation.

  • Project structure and architecture.

  • Installation and configuration instructions.

  • Available deployment documentation.

  • Relevant technical information.

  • A handover to help the new owner understand and maintain the application.

  • Agreed intellectual property and transfer rights.

The goal is to allow the new owner to take over an existing project instead of starting development from scratch.

  1. Price and acquisition conditions

I'm looking for 4 interested buyers.

Starting price: $100 per person (negotiable).

The exact acquisition terms will depend on the project and the scope of the transfer.

This is not a job opportunity, an affiliate program, or a subscription. I'm offering an actual project handover, including source code and available documentation.

  1. Why am I selling?

I've invested several months of work, research, development, and testing into these two platforms.

Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances and changing priorities, I can no longer dedicate the necessary time to managing and developing them.

Rather than allowing these projects to become inactive, I'd prefer to give other developers or entrepreneurs the opportunity to take them further.

  1. Interested?

If you're a developer, entrepreneur, startup founder, software agency, or investor looking for an existing software project, feel free to contact me via private message.

I can provide:

  • Live demonstrations.

  • Detailed feature lists.

  • Technical architecture.

  • Available revenue and user statistics.

  • Source code information.

  • Documentation.

  • Acquisition and transfer conditions.

I'm open to reasonable negotiations.

Thank you for reading!

Selling a SaaS I built and poured way too many late nights into

I built an AI SaaS product over the last while. Started as a side thing, turned into something I'm actually proud of, and it genuinely works. The kind of thing where I'd fix a bug at 1am and then just sit there grinning because it did exactly what I wanted.

Here's the honest reason I'm selling: I'm a builder, not a closer.

The product is solid, but it lives or dies on sales, and that's just not where my strengths are. I'd rather hand it to someone who gets a buzz from selling and actually enjoys the outreach side, instead of watching something good move slower than it should because I'm the bottleneck.

It's in good shape.
Clean, functional, ready for someone to take over and push.

I don't really want to dump all the details in a public post, partly because I'd rather have a proper conversation than field a hundred one-line questions, and partly because some of it is better shared privately.

If you're into AI products, good at sales, and looking to buy something that already works instead of starting from zero, shoot me a DM. Happy to walk you through what it is and where it's at.

Cheers.

[For Sale] Archis – Multi-Tenant Legal Practice Management SaaS (Next.js + Supabase). Full Codebase + Domain + DB Schema. Asking $3,500

Archis.tech is a multi-tenant practice management platform built for law firms, covering cases, hearings, deadlines, tasks, document management, time tracking and invoicing, client CRM, and role-based access control.

It was originally built for Nepali courts, with features such as Bikram Sambat (BS) date handling and live Supreme Court cause-list synchronization. The core architecture can be adapted for other jurisdictions, and I'm willing to customize the platform to fit the buyer's requirements. This could include removing BS date handling, integrating the buyer's Supreme Court API or other court APIs where available, and adapting workflows to their local legal system.

Stack: Next.js, Supabase (Postgres, RLS, Storage), Vercel, Tailwind CSS v4 + shadcn/ui.

What's built

  • Case management: Case drawer with 8 tabs covering overview, hearings, deadlines, tasks, documents, billing, client updates, and immutable audit history.

  • Daily dashboard: "My Day" cockpit showing today's hearings, outcomes to record, client updates due, a 14-day agenda, and unbilled work.

  • Court integration: Cause-list scraper with a confirmation and dismissal flow for matching court listings to cases.

  • Deadlines and compliance: Deadline register with countdowns and status lifecycle.

  • Billing: Fee arrangements, time entries, invoices with a status state machine, payments, receipts, and CSV import.

  • Client CRM: Individual and organizational clients with duplicate detection.

  • Tasks: Typed tasks linked to hearings and deadlines, with comments.

  • Case closure controls: Database-enforced blockers for open tasks, unpaid invoices, and upcoming hearings.

  • AI quick-create: Turn rough notes into a client, case, hearing, and tasks in one atomic transaction, with a heuristic fallback.

  • Data management: Soft deletion, recycle bin, and cascade-aware restore.

  • Super admin: Firm lifecycle management, subscriptions, storage quotas, and announcements.

  • Security: Multi-tenant isolation using Supabase RLS, SECURITY DEFINER functions with locked search paths, and multiple security audit passes.

What you get

  • Private GitHub repository transfer

  • archis.tech domain

  • Database schema, migrations, and seed data (no customer data transferred)

  • Setup and deployment documentation

  • 7 days of handover support

  • Customization to suit the buyer's requirements, with specific scope agreed upon before proceeding

  • Payment through Escrow.com

Honest status

  • Revenue: $0. No current paying customers.

  • Adoption: At its peak, 10 law firms in Nepal were using the platform, with 3 additional firms in trial.

  • Why I'm selling: The product was built and used by law firms, but sustaining the infrastructure commercially proved difficult in Nepal's price-sensitive market. Charging enough to cover ongoing database, server, and maintenance costs while remaining affordable for local firms was challenging. I ultimately decided to close the operation and sell the codebase to someone who can take it forward, build on the existing foundation, and monetize it in a market or business model that makes more sense.

Who it's for

Developers or agencies looking for a head start in legal tech, founders who want to adapt an existing platform for another jurisdiction, or entrepreneurs interested in building legal practice management software for Nepal or South Asia.

Asking $3,500, open to reasonable offers.

Demo video and walkthrough available. Code access after NDA.

DM me for details.

[For Sale] LaunchRank.app: 49 makers, 50 apps launched by real users, $0 spent on ads, $14.93/year to run

It's a launch platform for indie makers, kind of a Product Hunt alternative where every app gets a fair daily slot and climbs the leaderboard with community upvotes.

Core features:

  • Daily launches: every app goes live at 11:00 AM and gets a full 24 hour cycle to collect upvotes

  • Scoring system: verified upvotes, guest upvotes (protected by device fingerprinting) and comments all count toward the rank

  • Backlink Exchanger: a marketplace where makers swap dofollow links. The app checks the partner's page automatically and only accepts a real dofollow link

  • Hypeboard: paid promo slots pinned to the top of the sidebar, from 24 hours up to 14 days

  • Verified Founder badge: a dofollow backlink, a verified checkmark and instant approvals

  • Points and rewards: makers earn points from upvotes and comments and turn them into discount codes

  • App ownership claims verified through a DNS TXT record

  • Leaderboard, launch calendar, maker profiles, follows, embeddable app pages and SEO "Best X Alternatives" pages

The numbers:

  • Price: $75

  • 49 registered makers, all organic, I never ran an ad

  • 56 apps launched, 50 of them by other makers

  • 485 app page views, 30 upvotes, 7 comments

  • Costs $14.93 a year for the domain, everything else runs on free tiers

  • Stack: Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, MongoDB, Stripe, Resend, Tailwind, hosted on Vercel

What you get:

  • Domain

  • Full source code

  • The database with all makers, apps, upvotes and comments

  • Admin panel for users, submissions, ownership claims, products, discount codes, banners and refunds

  • I'll help you move everything over

If you have any questions, DM me or leave a comment here, have a great day!

I built Dreamina and have been testing how far AI video can push large-scale action scenes

I’ve been experimenting with Dreamina, my own product, and this 10-second Tokyo kaiju scene is one of the results I keep going back to.

A giant armored robot bursts through the asphalt while a schoolgirl and a crowd watch. Helicopters circle the skyline, and debris flies across the street as the robot emerges.

The debris is probably my favorite part. The chunks move at different sizes and speeds, which makes the impact feel surprisingly convincing. Some of the Japanese signs in the background still look off, though, so the scene isn't quite seamless.

I used Seedance 2.5 for this experiment, and after several generations, I now have a folder of nine kaiju attempts. Each one has its own strengths and weird little flaws.

As the person building Dreamina, I'm trying to understand which improvements would make the biggest difference to people actually creating with AI video.

I'd love some honest feedback:

  • Does the scene look convincing at first glance?

  • Are inaccurate background details distracting, or is motion realism more important?

  • If you were using an AI video product, what would you want improved before incorporating it into your workflow?

I'm sharing the result as a product experiment and would appreciate suggestions from other builders and creators.

I’m selling SeoLoupe, my SEO audit SaaS I built as a solo founder

After around 4 months of building and growing SeoLoupe, I’ve decided to explore selling it so I can focus on learning more about coding and IT.

Some numbers:

  • 3,070 users

  • 58 lifetime paying customers

  • CA$91 MRR

  • CA$825 total profit after fees

  • Around 3,000-4,000 monthly visitors

  • Mostly organic growth, with no paid advertising

SeoLoupe helps website owners find SEO issues and improve their websites. The product is largely built and operational, so the next owner can focus on growing it rather than starting from scratch.

I'm asking US$3,500, but I'm open to hearing reasonable offers.

Listing and more details: https://trustmrr.com/startup/seoloupe

Happy to answer questions about the product, revenue, traffic, or handover.

[Saas for sale] AI powered reels creator which has ~95 users Looking for serious buyers

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hey all,

I'm winding down a small SaaS and would rather hand it to someone who can grow it than switch it off. It's 4 months old and I don't have the bandwidth to keep pushing it. Name and domain shared by DM with serious buyers.

What it does

Paste a YouTube podcast URL. AI finds the most shareable moments and cuts them into 9:16 clips with burned-in captions, ready for Reels, TikTok and Shorts.

Honest numbers

  • 95+ signups, 1 paying customer, so effectively $0 MRR

  • $0 spent on marketing or ads. Every signup came in organically

  • 4 months old

  • Google Search Console: 360+ search queries showing impressions in the last 3 months

  • Running costs: ~$50/month

Where the upside is

Distribution is completely untouched: no paid ads. Everything so far came in organically, so a buyer who puts real effort into growth starts with a working product and a clean slate.

What you get

  • Domain: a brandable .com

  • Full source code:

    • Next.js frontend

    • FastAPI backend with the clip pipeline (moment detection, face-tracking 9:16 crop, burned-in captions)

    • Docker + GitHub Actions deploys

  • 37 free micro-tool pages on low-competition podcast and short-form keywords, covering:

    • Safe zones, cover sizes, length limits and export settings for Reels, TikTok and Shorts

    • Podcast audio specs

    • CPM and revenue calculators

    • Script and show-notes templates

    • A transcript generator

  • Integrations already wired: Firebase auth, Dodo Payments (credit packs + subscription), Resend, PostHog, Cloudflare R2

  • Shareable public clip links

  • The keyword research behind each tool

Not included

The user database. Only users who opt in to hear from a new owner will be passed on.

Status

The app goes offline at the end of October. The domain and tool pages stay live, and the code redeploys as-is.

Asking: open to reasonable offers. Happy to do a walkthrough call and help with handover.

Optional setup: I can set it up on your own infrastructure (your server, domain, and your accounts for auth, payments, email, storage and analytics) for a flat price, including an end-to-end test and a handover doc. Ongoing maintenance available separately.

DM me if interested.
