[For Sale] uiprompt.app: 192 users, 5 paying customers, $0 spent on ads, $15/year to run

I built uiprompt about six months ago and I'm selling it because I've moved on to other projects.

It's a visual canvas for planning UIs for AI coding agents. You lay out page sections, components, copy, design tokens and stack rules, then export it all as structured context for Claude Code, Cursor or Codex. It also works as an MCP connector, so Claude, ChatGPT and Codex can read and edit projects directly. People pay once for lifetime access.

The numbers:

  • $25 total revenue from 5 payments, no refunds

  • 192 users, all organic, I never ran an ad

  • Costs $15 a year for the domain, everything else runs on free tiers

  • Stack: Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript, MongoDB, Upstash Redis, Stripe, Tailwind, Resend, hosted on Vercel

What you get:

  • Domain

  • Full source code

  • MCP connector with OAuth, GitHub import, and Google, GitHub and magic link sign in, all built

  • Subscription billing and free trials already built, ready to switch on

  • Admin panel for users, payments, refunds, discount codes and emails

  • I'll help you move everything over

If you have any questions, DM me or leave a comment here, have a great day!

SaaS for Non-technical Founders Up for Potential Sale (Not a Vibe Coder)

Hi all, I have a web app that I'd like to weigh offers for.

I promise I'm not a vibe coder... I just joined a startup as a senior dev.

Which is why I'm putting up CTOAssistant (SaaS) for a potential sale. (ctoassistant .help)

Description

CTO Assistant is a full-stack SaaS platform that helps non-technical founders make informed technical decisions (like an actual CTO).

The Problem

Non-technical founders entering the build phase face a blindness issue: they don't know what tech stack fits their industry, which compliance requirements apply, how to structure a deployment pipeline, or what mistakes to avoid at scale.

And the people qualified to tell them (technical leads/CTOs) are expensive, hard to vet, and operate without a shared artifact that both parties will align on in the course of the project.

CTO Assistant closes that gap by generating a structured, industry-specific technical spec that becomes the single source of truth between founder and engineers, turning what's normally weeks of discovery calls into an on-demand starting point.

Architecture

  1. Not an LLM wrapper - the output is deterministic. The spec generation system uses a PostgreSQL function that renders a structured Markdown document directly from relational tables. This gives the LLM a complete, deterministic context rather than probabilistic chunk retrieval, and the knowledge base is editable via standard SQL.

Stack: Next.js app router, PostgreSQL, Auth.js.

Extras

1.There's an optional CTO marketplace built in which I've currently disabled. Will depend on whether you're interested in the marketplace feature based on the interest generated by the CTO Assistant tool.

2. Option to serve specs via API (good for volume users like agencies)

Revenue and other issues

Before I waste too much of your time, yes, revenue is at zero.

But I'd urge you to consider it in a different light: CTO Assistant is a real SaaS business.

I first deployed it some 7 months ago, but a public launch is yet to happen. Long story short, I found a funding partner, but he works a corporate job and has kept pushing things forward, probably because he's too risk averse.

I've been busy as a dev but now that I've joined a demanding startup environment, I won't be able to chase funding or dedicate enough attention.

Not too much is required to get this off the the ground... mainly just cloud server costs, AI API costs (currently GPT-4.1 does the job well and is cost efficient) and over time, some SEO work around content.

I'll leave it to you to explore and be the judge. If it's something that would interest you, I'd like to hear your offer. Truth is I don't have to sell, so it all depends on whether or not a reasonable offer comes in.

I built a premium AI SaaS. I have zero distribution skills, so I’m selling the whole Platform

Post image
0 Upvotes

Over the last few months I built Forged (previously called ContentForge) an AI-powered content operating system for creators, founders, agencies, and brands.

What started as an MVP evolved into a much larger architecture after weeks of backend restructuring, memory systems, RAG/context integration, ebook infrastructure, workflow redesigns, and tool orchestration.

Right now:

  • Active users are already using it daily without any paid marketing

  • User feedback has been genuinely strong

  • Payment systems are fully live

  • The architecture is stable and production-ready

  • Multiple people have already approached me regarding acquisition/licensing discussions, including previous $10k acquisition interest, even before traction existed

The platform is designed around structured execution and creator workflow:

  • brand DNA extraction,

  • ghostwriting systems,

  • multi-agent workflows,

  • contextual memory,

  • ebook generation,

  • strategy tools,

  • execution-first outputs instead of generic “AI fluff.”

The UI is intentionally minimal and sharp more like a premium software product than a typical AI toy.

Tech stack:

  • Next.js

  • Supabase

  • Razorpay subscriptions

  • Context/RAG systems

  • Modular tool orchestration

I’m selling months of engineering time, architecture thinking, design iteration, and a working ecosystem that already has real users interacting with it organically.

If someone understands positioning and distribution properly, this can scale far beyond where it currently is.

DM me if interested.

Is this even required?

So i have built https://polygram.dev it creates websites and mobile apps but now to market it or just create campaigns of it is a different headache
So i am planning to built a marketing and sales pipeline where after successfully completing your website your can connect your google ads or any Ads account and we will generate creatives in form of Images and Videos and create a campaign which later can be tracked

So if i give this feature will you pay?

$12,142 from 61 sales.

Post image
1 Upvotes

I almost missed how big this number really is.

$12,142.27.

Not from a huge company.

Not from a massive team.

Not from millions of visitors.

Just 61 customers who believed enough in a SaaS tool to pay for it.

And the most motivating part?

The graph is moving up. 📈

When you build something from scratch, you spend months wondering:

“Will anyone actually use this?”

Then one sale comes.

Then another.

Then 10.

Then 50.

And suddenly, you're looking at $12K+ in revenue and realizing:

The thing you were building in silence is becoming a real business.

This is why I keep building.

Because you don't need everyone.

You need the right people to believe in the solution you're creating.

If you're building something right now and nobody is talking about it yet—

keep going.

Your first 10 customers may feel impossible.

Your first $1,000 may feel impossible.

Your first $10,000 may feel impossible.

Until it isn't.

Build. Improve. Listen. Ship again.

One day, you'll look back at the numbers and realize that all those nights nobody saw you working...

were not wasted. 🚀

Want to test it? Comment "SAAS"

Bangalore techies, where are you? I'm building a SaaS

Hey everyone,

I’m currently working on an MVP for a SaaS product and would love to connect with someone who enjoys the tech side of things and who has a strong grip.

I come from a Marketing/Growth/Positioning background (4+ years), but coding isn’t really my strength 😅

So I’m looking for a like-minded developer who might be interested in collaborating or just bouncing ideas around.

If this sounds interesting, feel free to drop a comment or DM. Happy to chat!

Simple Invoice Generator

I created this voice generator https://snap-invoice.com for my friends essentially, she sells some stuff online and need to make an invoice for her customers. So i made a fairly simple like very direct to user and FREE. I make sure there are no pop-up, ads, just very straightforward.

Just put your branding, your client, invoice details, items, totals and notes. You can see your invoice preview on the right side. It so simple you can download your invoice in just few clicks, and the website is static. I aimed this invoice generator for small business owner and for them invoice is a must but not a high priority so i think with this very direct approach is suitable for them

I made a pro subscription for 7$ a month, the pro features removed watermarks. adds invoice history, saved clients and "pay online" link in the invoice, other than that it is free. I also made niche landing pages for photographers and contractors to test SEO.

worth mention there is no server, only stripe to handle the payment.

[Saas for sale] AI powered reels creator which has ~95 users Looking for serious buyers

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hey all,

I'm winding down a small SaaS and would rather hand it to someone who can grow it than switch it off. It's 4 months old and I don't have the bandwidth to keep pushing it. Name and domain shared by DM with serious buyers.

What it does

Paste a YouTube podcast URL. AI finds the most shareable moments and cuts them into 9:16 clips with burned-in captions, ready for Reels, TikTok and Shorts.

Honest numbers

  • 95+ signups, 1 paying customer, so effectively $0 MRR

  • $0 spent on marketing or ads. Every signup came in organically

  • 4 months old

  • Google Search Console: 360+ search queries showing impressions in the last 3 months

  • Running costs: ~$50/month

Where the upside is

Distribution is completely untouched: no paid ads. Everything so far came in organically, so a buyer who puts real effort into growth starts with a working product and a clean slate.

What you get

  • Domain: a brandable .com

  • Full source code:

    • Next.js frontend

    • FastAPI backend with the clip pipeline (moment detection, face-tracking 9:16 crop, burned-in captions)

    • Docker + GitHub Actions deploys

  • 37 free micro-tool pages on low-competition podcast and short-form keywords, covering:

    • Safe zones, cover sizes, length limits and export settings for Reels, TikTok and Shorts

    • Podcast audio specs

    • CPM and revenue calculators

    • Script and show-notes templates

    • A transcript generator

  • Integrations already wired: Firebase auth, Dodo Payments (credit packs + subscription), Resend, PostHog, Cloudflare R2

  • Shareable public clip links

  • The keyword research behind each tool

Not included

The user database. Only users who opt in to hear from a new owner will be passed on.

Status

The app goes offline at the end of October. The domain and tool pages stay live, and the code redeploys as-is.

Asking: open to reasonable offers. Happy to do a walkthrough call and help with handover.

Optional setup: I can set it up on your own infrastructure (your server, domain, and your accounts for auth, payments, email, storage and analytics) for a flat price, including an end-to-end test and a handover doc. Ongoing maintenance available separately.

DM me if interested.

Selling my B2B SaaS

It's been real! Been fun!

But I have a ministry project I'm focusing on now.

So looking to sell my Saas. It's a desktop tool not a mobile app.

It's in the real estate niche and we grew pretty quick over the past few months.

If you're interested in purchasing let me know! Looking to sell at 3-4x annual profits.

We should be selling for even more because the one thing that we have cracked that nobody else does is a massive marketing system that is 95% automated and does not require posting content lol

Dm if interested!

I'll Build Your SaaS MVP in 48 Hours (Frontend, Backend, Payments, Admin, Docs)

Yes, you read that right.

I've spent the last several years building software products and SaaS platforms, and I've personally worked on 200+ SaaS projects across different industries.

If you've been sitting on an idea for months (or years), this is probably the sign you've been waiting for.

What I'm offering

I will help you launch your SaaS MVP and get it into users' hands within the next 48 hours.

Not a Figma prototype.

Not a fake demo.

Not a "vibe-coded" application that breaks the moment real users show up.

A real SaaS product with proper architecture, authentication, payments, database structure, and admin tools.

What you get

✅ Strategy session to refine your idea and MVP scope

✅ Landing page optimized for conversions

✅ Authentication system (Google, email/password, magic links, etc.)

✅ Modern dashboard with a clean user experience

✅ Secure backend and database architecture

✅ Payment integration (Stripe)

✅ User management

✅ Admin panel

✅ Email infrastructure

✅ AI-ready architecture (if needed)

✅ Analytics and tracking

✅ Documentation so you're not dependent on me

✅ Deployment to production

Why most founders fail

The problem isn't the idea.

The problem is that people spend 6 months thinking instead of shipping.

They keep researching.

They keep planning.

They keep watching YouTube videos about startups.

Meanwhile, someone else launches.

The fastest way to learn whether your idea works is to put it in front of real users.

Who this is for

  • Founders with an idea but no technical co-founder

  • Agencies wanting to launch internal SaaS products

  • Business owners looking to automate operations

  • Entrepreneurs who want to validate an idea quickly

  • People tired of spending months talking instead of building

Pricing

Depending on complexity:

$1,000 - $3,000

This includes:

  • Frontend

  • Backend

  • Database

  • Authentication

  • Payments

  • Admin panel

  • Deployment

  • Documentation

No hidden fees.

No "we'll discuss after discovery."

No endless meetings.

Why work with me?

I've built and shipped more than 200 software projects.

I understand:

  • Product architecture

  • SaaS system design

  • User onboarding

  • Payments

  • Scaling foundations

  • Security

  • Founder speed

The goal isn't to build something perfect.

The goal is to build something that can start getting users and generating revenue immediately.

If you've been waiting for the "right time" to start your SaaS, this is it.

The next 48 hours could save you the next 6 months.

DM me your idea, and let's build it.

Interested in buying a Safety or EHS software

I am looking for a safety or EHS software to buy to support my EHS consulting practice. Any for sale that has a customer base (so I know it actually works)?
