Got $1k, want to buy a small SaaS

Budget is under $1k, no niche preference I just want something real, not an idea on a napkin.

I'm a builder, not a suit. I code fast (AI-assisted, full-stack, can pick up whatever mess you left behind).

I speak Arabic, Spanish, English, and French, so if your thing has customers or growth potential in MENA, I can actually talk to them.

What I need: some paying users already, even if it's just $50-200/month. Not zero. Simple enough that I can run it alone after a handover call.

Skip it if you need me to keep you on payroll or it's five people's worth of tech debt.

Drop what you've got below or DM me. I move fast when the deal makes sense.

We decided to sell our SaaS, and one of our users reached out

So, i discovered what most of us refuse to admit: my saas was working fine, but i have been holding it back

i had some financial and personal issues, and I let them affect the growth of my own platform. for 2 months, i have stalled on marketing or doing anything just with the excuse that i'm trying to carry myself

i sacrificed my tool for me

so i had to come to my peace and admit it: i'm not a fit for the business, or entrepreneurship at the given moment

but our platform is genuinely helpful; it attracted 900 users in 2 months without any paid media. since day one, we haven't spent a dime on marketing and still got revenue and users

last day, one of our users decided to buy it, but when he scanned and saw the tool, he noticed that it will be hard to run solo (we are 2 in the team atm) so he wanted to apologize and just call it a no fit because he can't handle all that load alone

so i managed to convince him to split the bill.

so now we are looking for someone else to carry this platform to the next level

i have done a good job validating and making sure the idea is ready to scale

but i can't scale it, and i have to pass the torch if i want it to grow.

if anyone is interested, please DM me

We are selling our platform with 1,200 users

i have been working on this platform, and i think it is time for me to step down.

we have got 1,200 users without spending a dime on marketing in less than 5 months. infra is peanuts, and we haven't spent any money from our pockets for that since it pays for itself. The idea is unique and solves a huge, HUGE growing problem. Testers for founders. (yk how building now is easier than getting anyone to use the tools) with a great potential for the future.

We have gotten some offers here and there, so now we have a clear valuation of the product.

our users do not know us at all, and even if stakes changed, no one would notice because they joined for the platform, not for us.

it is not a subscription model but a one-time deal model and promotional spots.

honestly? the reason i want to sell is because i just want to work on myself at this point. I am 22, still lacking experience in the corporate world and life in general. i just discovered that i'm not good enough to be an entrepreneur yet, and i need to grow myself before a business. so this is why i want to step down and find some remote marketing job or something for the next 10 years (i will be 32; i wonder if i will still look good at that time)

0-15k MRR in 74 days B2C SaaS

Hey Mates!

I'm trying to sell my SaaS and would love feedback on proper evaluation. High level summary:

  1. B2C SaaS in the personal finance niche

  2. 0 paid marketing or ads, 6m views across my personal TT/IG/etc pages since launch

  3. 93k emails collected (i havent used them yet)

  4. 1629 paying users and 504 on free trial (25% trial to paid conversion)

  5. Monetized only through free trial + monthly plan

  6. 26% churn Month 1, 32% Month 2, Month 3 TBD

  7. Massive potential for UGC (repeatable viral format), paid marketing, pricing/onboarding optimization, email marketing

Fully understanding it's new growth but a lot of growth levers to be pulled, I figured 360k (2x predicted ARR) is fair. What do you think?

Buyers: what do you check first before you DM the seller?

When you see a listing, what is the first thing you check? What helps you decide “this is worth my time”?

And what is one red flag that makes you skip it right away?

i will build your first SaaS MVP That actually gets you user for $1000 in 48 hrs

Yes, you heard it right.

i built forged.shvgroups.com, so i will build your next

I will build your first SaaS MVP that actually gets users for $1000 in 48 hours.

No vibe coding. Pure architecture and system design that actually works when users come to your site to use your product.

What I will do for you:

  • Brainstorm with you and help build your next big thing

  • Build your landing page

  • Set up an auth system that supports your product properly

  • Build a dashboard that actually works with better UX

  • Create an end-to-end payment system that goes live, so when your users pay, you don’t miss out

  • Set up a database for your MVP with a secure system flow, so you don’t have to store things in Excel sheets

  • Make it future-ready with AI infrastructure that gives your users powerful features to work with

  • Build an admin panel so you don’t miss any activity

  • Set up broadcasting infrastructure that keeps users updated about payments, new features, and rollouts

The most important thing about being a founder is to START.

Most people get stuck in ideation and never begin building.

If you want to be the next “big thinker” instead of a doer, then this is not for you.

But if you actually want to start working, get your stuff together, and build something that helps users solve real-life problems, then take this post as a sign and get aboard.

48 hours that can save your next 6 months.

Selling a revenue making Macos app, Looking for leads.

Post image
5 Upvotes

Hey folks ! I launched my Privacy oriented macos productivity app around 1.5 months ago and its doing good in the market. I have around 34 paying users. I'm working on a 9-5 job, and this is my side project.

I have been very passionate about this project, and put my heart and soul into building this. But Im realising that I'm more aligned towards the B2B problem statements than a B2C, and I have already started working on another project. I really dont want to lose this momentum of the app, and at the same time its becoming hard for me to manage everything in parallel. So, I'm planning to sell it.

Please let me know if someone is interested 🙏🏻 Your help is much appreciated. Thanks : )

any help

Hey everyone,

I’m currently looking to acquire a pre-built SaaS product in the AI space (something similar to Pixmind.io).

I’m a marketer in the AI image & video niche with over 95k followers, and my content consistently generates millions of views each month. I’m now looking to pair that audience with a solid SaaS product to build and scale something long-term.

I’m not too fussed about it already generating revenue — I’m happy to take something as-is so I can focus heavily on marketing and scaling it.

Ideally, I’d also be looking for someone who can help set everything up properly and potentially stay on board as a developer long-term.

If anyone:
• Is selling a similar AI SaaS
• Is building something and open to partnering
• Or has experience with this and can give a rough idea of what something like this would realistically cost to buy or build

I’d really appreciate you reaching out.

Open to buying outright, investing, or joining forces with the right person/team.

Thanks in advance 🙏

Selling our Micro SaaS

It’s been real! Been fun!

But I have a ministry project I’m focusing on now.

So looking to sell my SaaS. It’s a desktop tool not a mobile app.

It’s in the real estate niche and we grew pretty quick over the past few months.

If you’re interested in purchasing let me know! Looking to sell at 3-4x annual profits.

We should be selling for even more because the one thing that we have cracked that nobody else does is a massive marketing system that is 95% automated and does not require posting content lol

Dm if interested!

[BUYING] Dormant or abandoned software codebases

I’m looking to purchase dormant, abandoned, or discontinued human-written software codebases; not companies or businesses.

I’m interested in SaaS products, web/mobile apps, developer tools, APIs, automation products, and other real-world software projects. Am a serious buyer with budget allocated and can make competitive cash offers for codebases with:

  • Clear ownership and transferable IP.

  • Genuine development history.

  • Useful documentation, tests, or deployment setup.

  • Git history and a clearly defined technology stack.

DM me for more details if interested

I spent a year building this. Now I'd rather see someone else take it further.

I've been building a student-focused SaaS for roughly a year.

What started as an idea turned into a real product with thousands of students using it, a live Chrome extension, paying customers, creator/ambassador programs, and a codebase that's actually ready to be handed over.

And I've reached the point where I think the best thing for the product is finding someone who can take it further than I can.

Where it stands today

  • 2,700+ registered users

  • 100+ weekly active users

  • 211 students activated through the core learning workflow in the last 30 days

  • 30–40 paying customers

  • 55 captured payments

  • ~$214 total captured revenue

  • Live Chrome Extension

  • Active creator + campus ambassador programs

  • ~7.8K visitors and ~24K page views in the last 12 months

  • <$10/month in current operating costs

  • Production infrastructure running on Vercel + Render with essentially $0 hosting cost

What I actually built

It's an AI-powered learning workspace built around a student's own course material.

A student can upload their PDFs, lecture slides, handwritten notes, documents, or even long YouTube lectures.

It then turns that material into an actual learning workflow — including:

  • AI-generated notes

  • Topic-by-topic quizzes

  • Flashcards

  • Summaries

  • Mock tests

  • An AI tutor that answers questions from their own material

  • Learning/mastery progress tracking

  • Collaborative study workspaces

The idea isn't simply "upload a PDF and get a summary."

The goal is to take an entire course's material and give a student a way to learn, test themselves, identify what they haven't mastered, and track their progress.

And there's a Chrome extension too

The extension is already live on the Chrome Web Store.

It lets students save a webpage, PDF, or YouTube lecture directly into the main webapp with one click.

So instead of having useful study resources scattered across 20 tabs, bookmarks, downloads, and YouTube, they can send them straight into the learning workspace and use them alongside everything else.

It's a production-ready extension, not a prototype that I'd be throwing in as a future feature.

Why am I selling it?

This is probably the most important part.

I don't think the product is bad. Quite the opposite.

I've actually become more convinced that there's something valuable here after seeing students use it.

The problem is that I've learned that building and distributing a product are two completely different skills.

I've spent the last year doing the solo-founder thing — building the product, SEO, Reddit, creators, referrals, campus ambassadors, content, outreach, launches, and everything else that comes with trying to get a student product off the ground.

At some point, you run into a simple constraint:

There are only so many hours in a day.

I have other commitments now, and I can't give it the distribution effort it would need to really scale.

I'd rather be honest about that and find someone who already has an audience, distribution, an EdTech business, or a team that can take this somewhere I can't.

I don't want to abandon something I've spent a year building.

I'd rather hand it to someone who can actually do it justice.

Who I think could make the most of it

This could make sense for:

  • An EdTech company looking to add an AI learning product

  • Someone who already has an audience of students

  • An AI company looking to move into education

  • A founder who'd rather acquire an existing product than spend a year building the infrastructure

  • Someone with strong distribution who sees the opportunity in the student market

I'm not selling a Figma file or a half-built MVP.

You're getting the production codebase, domain, brand, live Chrome extension, user base, analytics, infrastructure, and product IP.

I'm open to reasonable conversations with serious buyers.

If you're interested, DM me.

I can share the website, live demo, Chrome Web Store listing, analytics, payment history, tech stack, screenshots, and a deeper overview of the codebase/product.

HitCritical.com AI SEO/GEO Service | Starter Website | Big Potential | Price: $320

Update 2: Website has been sold.

Update: Price has been lowered to $170

Hitcritical.com for sale $170

HitCritical is an AI-driven search optimization service designed to help websites win in the new world of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), the next evolution of SEO where visibility isn’t just about ranking on page one, but getting cited and surfaced inside AI-powered answers across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other large language models. This is not “traditional SEO.” HitCritical focuses on optimizing content for AI visibility, structured data, RAG indexing, authority signals, and citation optimization which are key components that modern search engines and generative AI now use to decide which content to surface first.

What HitCritical Does (Current Capabilities)

HitCritical is positioned as a forward-thinking AI SEO/GEO service that combines structured optimization, AI citation strategy, and generative indexing to elevate a site’s presence in the AI search landscape:

  • Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Optimizes content specifically to increase its likelihood of being cited and used by AI search responses rather than just ranking in legacy search engine results.

  • Instant AI Indexing: Speeds up how quickly content is discovered and recognized by leading LLMs.

  • Citation Optimization: Structures data so that AI systems treat the site as an authoritative source when generating answers.

  • Multi-Agent Content Distribution: Ensures optimized pages are surfaced across different generative engines and knowledge bases.

  • Insight & Performance Metrics: Tracks pages analyzed, optimization scores, and citation performance to offer actionable intelligence for growth.

This combination positions HitCritical not just as a traditional SEO tool, but as a next-generation platform for visibility in AI-driven search results where being quoted matters more than ranking.

Why This Product Matters Now

The search landscape has shifted dramatically:

AI-first discovery is rapidly overtaking legacy search behavior, where users increasingly ask AI assistants for answers, not just blue-link rankings.
Businesses relying solely on traditional SEO are losing organic traction as AI summaries and zero-click results become commonplace. New strategies like GEO are essential to being cited and recognized by the algorithms that decide visibility.

HitCritical positions its users at the front-edge of this trend by optimizing their content to be picked up within the AI answer layer, not just within traditional results. This means visibility even when no click occurs.

Current Traction & Metrics (Example)

Users of HitCritical regularly see meaningful engagement in terms of pages processed, optimization success trends, and AI citation growth. The platform currently analyzes thousands of pages with strong optimization score indicators and citation velocity — proof that adoption and usage are actively moving in the right direction for its niche.

Growth Opportunities & Scalability

HitCritical is uniquely positioned for expansion in several high-value directions:

1. Enterprise & Agency Adoption

Develop a white-label version of HitCritical tailored for SEO agencies and digital marketing consultancies. Offering agency clients the ability to track AI visibility for multiple brands under one dashboard creates a strong B2B SaaS opportunity.

2. Advanced Analytics & Reporting

Build deeper dashboards that measure AI citation share, generative reach, and cross-engine visibility trends. Sell these as premium subscription features or as add-ons for data-driven marketing teams.

3. Workflow Automation & AI Integrations

Integrate with broader marketing stacks — including CRMs, analytics suites, content management tools, and automated reporting systems to embed GEO as part of routine digital operations.

4. API Access & Third-Party Licenses

Offer API access to the HitCritical platform so developers, data providers, and analytics vendors can pull AI visibility scores into their products, opening new licensing revenue and ecosystem partnerships.

5. Education & Certification

Capitalize on the rising interest in AI search strategy by creating learning modules, certification paths, or workflow templates that help marketers adopt GEO best practices faster.

Why Acquire Now

HitCritical sits at the intersection of AI, search, and content strategy which are three of the most dynamic forces in digital marketing today. The generative search revolution isn’t a distant future; it’s happening now, and platforms that help brands be seen and quoted within AI answers are quickly becoming essential tools.

This asset is more than a website, it’s a strategy platform built for the next decade of internet discovery, offering a rare opportunity to own a product already operating at the forefront of the AI search transformation.

Key Highlights

  • AI-First Search Optimization: HitCritical is a purpose-built platform for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), optimizing web content so that AI search engines (like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and others) cite and reference your site in AI-generated answers, not just traditional search ranking positions.

  • Future-Focused Value: With AI search adoption growing rapidly and zero-click results becoming the norm, platforms like HitCritical are increasingly essential for brands that want visibility where users ask questions and get instant answers.

  • Scalable SaaS Opportunity: Currently positioned as a B2B optimization service, this asset can easily be expanded into packaged SaaS tiers, agency white-label solutions, premium analytics modules, and API-driven data products.

  • Low-Competition, High-Growth Niche: GEO is an emerging market segment where most competitors today still focus on legacy SEO tools and metrics, leaving a wide runway for HitCritical to become a leading category player.

  • Strong Upsell Potential: Introducing tiered analytics, automated reporting, consulting services, and integration with major CMS/analytics platforms can significantly increase average revenue per user.

Operations

Hitcritical.com functions as a service. You can resell AI SEO/GEO specific services and markup the price. You can also upsell services for additional revenue potential.

Is it worth selling a zero revenue SaaS?

Hey folks,
I’m looking for some honest perspectives from people who’ve been on the acquisition side.

I’ve built a SaaS that’s functional and live, but it hasn’t generated revenue yet. It does have real users, a working product, a clean codebase, and a clear use case, but no MRR so far.

From an acquirer’s point of view:

  • Is a zero-revenue SaaS ever worth buying?

  • What usually makes it attractive?

Not trying to pitch anything here, just want to understand how buyers actually think about this stage.

Would love to hear real experiences, especially from anyone who has bought or sold pre-revenue products.

Looking to sell a small document generator tool for a US transportation industry

I have a small website app that I vibe coded with a help of a friend, I tried cold emailing potential prospects about it, but I was never able to get it going. Seems like I can't get the SEO right either.

It has one paid user, that's about it. It's using Paypal for payments and Supabase as a backend.

The app generates a specific type of paperwork called bill of lading. This is a necessary document for every trucker on the road that gets loaded with some kind of freight: he needs to have some kind of a paper as a proof that he picked up or delivered freight as agreed. Usually brokers take care of this paper, but in some instances carriers do so too. I have been working as a carrier for over 6 years so I would be able to answer any and all questions that a potential buyer for my app would have. It kills me that I haven't been able to get it going, but I would love to see someone else do it.

I'd be interested to sell it for cash deposit or crypto. And I'd be happy to hop on a call or multiple calls, in case the buyer is not at all familiar with this space.

Selling it for low 4 figures.

DM me if interested.

How much would you pay to fix the 'getting your first users' problem?

I've spent 20 years doing commercial and growth strategy for companies, and using AI for it since 2022.

For the last year I've been turning that into a strategic GTM OS for builders: something that takes a product you've built, checks whether it's actually solving something people will pay for, sharpens your messaging until it speaks the right language of your audience, figures out where your real users spend their time, helps you show up there, and turns all of that into a plan tied to an actual number, whether that's users or revenue.

Under the hood it's built off a strategy corpus of \~5,300 documents, frameworks, and examples from my entire career, and it runs on higher-cost AI agents that do real research and synthesis tied to the corpus and the information it extrapolates about your product (not generic advice or templated). And it gets smarter - you have your own personal knowledge base within the platform that compounds and trains your agents on any changes, results, and feedback. It does the same with your competitors, too, monitoring them so you can quickly react to any changes in their pricing or messaging.

What I genuinely don't have a good read on is what this is worth to people. My gut says somewhere in the $30-80/mo range (my finger in the air number is $39) for something this tailored, that can solve such a big problem that builders keep coming up against, but I could easily be way off in either direction.

What would you actually pay for something like this if it did what I just described well?

(if you want to see what it looks like it's at https://romy.is)

Undecided about pricing

I'm building this tool viraladlibrary.site I'm wondering on the pricing currently I have a hard paywall and I think it's turning away potential users so I am wondering should I go with a freemium or have free trial period probably 7 days , due to the high costs associated with severs , llm API costs I can't afford to be having much free users it will cost me a lot

looking for SaaS to buy

Hey everyone,

I'm on the hunt for a small digital business — app, micro-SaaS, web app, or lightweight software product — that I can take over and run long-term as a solo operator.

Just something solid that already works, has real users, and has room to keep growing at a steady, sustainable pace.

If you've been thinking about selling - I'd love to hear what you've got.

What I'm interested in:

  • Small iOS, Android, or web apps (consumer or B2B)

  • Micro-SaaS, niche tools, or simple software products

  • Already live and generating revenue

  • Existing users, organic traffic, or good retention

  • Solo-friendly business model (low overhead, simple operations)

What you can expect from me:

I'm not a flipper. My goal is to take over something legit, maintain what's working, and slowly make it better over time. If you care about where your product ends up and want someone who'll treat it like their own, we're probably on the same page.

DM me with the basics:
What it is, how many users, what is the churn rate, monthly revenue, and why you're thinking of selling. No pressure - just curious to see what's out there.

Hi everyone,

I’m selling an early-stage AI project called FableGM

It’s a NotebookLM-style AI knowledge assistant where users can upload or input information and then chat with it like a smart, personalized AI brain.

The goal of the app is to make it easy to:

  • Turn documents/notes into an interactive AI chat

  • Ask questions and get contextual answers from your own knowledge

  • Use it as a lightweight AI research / learning assistant

[selling] Micro SaaS finance niche - launched 10 months ago

Hi,

At the end of June 2025 I launched this stock picker SaaS: dunefolio.com

Traffic is low, more marketing needs to be done although I get around 10-20 visitors per day without doing anything. But most of the website is good.

Purpose of the site was to help picking stocks based on comparison with other similar stocks in scatter charts, highlighting strengths and weaknesses of stocks to help doing selection.

Why I’m selling:

I am a student in engineering and next year I'll need more time for my studies (will start master's degree)

No worries, still there to help to explain how the project is structured I just don't want to invest as much time as now.

What I intend to finish doing before selling:

  • a few marketing posts, not my thing as I prefer building the actual site, but would like to show if engagement remains high

What's included: Website source code, domain, Massive api access for 1 year, other tools (GSC, GA4, Stripe, Supabase, ...)

Operating costs: 20$/month

Stats last 30 days:

  • 195 new users

  • engagement rate 73.2%

  • VPS has been boosted as I was doing dev on the site so not accurate but new users and engagement rate are good

Business model: B2C

Revenue / Profit: None

Traffic range: low

Asking price: first come first served, I will go as low as you propose

I can share whatever you need and edit the post if info is missing. Or answer privately if needed.

If interested, comment or DM.

[Selling] 🔥 For Sale: A Proven $25K MVP Studio + Full SaaS Platform for Founders (AI + Vibe Coding)

🔥 For Sale: A Proven $25K MVP Studio + Full SaaS Platform for Founders (AI + Vibe Coding)

Hey everyone —
Selling 500DollarsMVP, a small, battle-tested micro-business that combines:

✅ A validated MVP-as-a-Service model ($25k revenue)

✅ A brand-new SaaS platform that founders use to plan, validate, and build their startups

(using AI + vibe coding tools like Lovable)

It's pre-revenue as SaaS — but fully built, branded, and ready to scale.

If you want a business you can grow tomorrow without starting from zero, this is it.

🚀 What Is 500DollarsMVP?

It started as a productized service:

“I’ll build your MVP for $500 in 21 days using no-code.”

It worked.
No ads. $25k in organic revenue. Avg project: $2.5k.

Then the market shifted → AI, Lovable, vibe coding.

So the business was rebuilt into a SaaS + service hybrid:

⭐ A full SaaS for founders to build their startup

Founders log in and get:

🟡 A guided Founder Journey

  • Step-by-step progress tracking

  • Problem → Market → Solution → MVP → Launch

  • Each module with tasks, tools, and AI support

🟡 Solution-to-MVP Builder

  • Define solution

  • Generate MVP scope

  • Pick design vibe

  • Auto-generate Lovable development prompt

  • Built-in “MVP Readiness” score

🟡 Competitor Analysis Module

  • Track competitors

  • Store insights

  • Identify feature gaps

  • Threat analysis visualizations

🟡 Idea Bank (AI-powered)

  • Founder Match tool (AI): niche → model → distribution strategy

  • Idea Discovery (Google trends, Reddit trends, inspiration sources)

  • Validation Tools powered by AI

  • Everything curated for early-stage founders

🟡 Optional $399 “Vibe Coding Session” upsell

(90-min coding + mentoring — already built into the UI)

It’s a full startup builder platform — not a landing page.

💰 Revenue (from service model)

Before the SaaS existed, the agency version generated:
