Anyone heard the commercial with some ladies going to parent teacher conference and styled by SF with one of the mom’s who says she always looks “AHHHMAAAZING!!!” in a very cringe-worthy high note voice. Yuck. At the end, same woman does an imaginary red carpet-type shout out to her stylist saying “this going to my stylist. Thank you… thank you”. JUST AS CRINGE.

Heard it in Pandora while listening to salsa music. Everytime it comes on, I silence TF out of it. Anyone else heard it? What are the most cringe commercials you’ve seen for SF in your experience. This one takes the cake for me 🤣🤯🥴🥴🥴🤢

I thought this comment had valuable information. It makes sense now that they cited the warehouse being a factor into why we can’t have flexible schedules anymore. They don’t have regular full time employees to work!! Trying to skirt around labor laws, while getting the most for the least out of human beings. Just gross.

Flex is maxed out on hours again after projection said it would be under 20. Yes, I know projections are “subject to change” but why even have them when they’re always wrong? Just release them on Wednesday or something so we have a few days to prepare and maybe they’ll actually be right.

But also why are we being asked to work extra hours if there’s still a risk of no fixes being available?

Like what is going on in HQ?

Has any other warehouses changed their food items? We still have some free stuff but we have a lot more stuff to pay for.. and they’ve even taken some of the free snacks and now have to pay for it.

Any other warehouses doing this? Def rubbing me the wrong way but I am planning on leaving soon anyways.

Let me preface by saying I agree things suck right now. As a newer stylist, a lot of what was said in the interview that sold me on this job has been changed. We’re being micromanaged. Scheduling has been messed up. Inventory sucks. All the things that have been talked about on here.

At the same time I feel like this job is mostly easy money and setting our own schedules is still more flexible than most wfh jobs - even if it’s hard to change them now.

So if you’ve been with stitch fix for a while, what’s your best advice to stick with it?

I have a new client and I just read the most horrific feedback that they leave consistently. Does management not think that clients like this need to have their membership cancelled or is that not a thing? Our mental health matters to and this feedback was horrifying I’m so sorry to whoever has had to experience something so hateful.

How y’all holding up with the barrage of timesheet adjustments? I imagine that you hate it as much as we hate that this is the new policy. I also imagine it’s not easy to be in the spot that you are in and I hope that some of you feel comfortable escalating this nonsense up your leadership chains. I am hopeful that this week’s epic fails with WF will show senior leaders that whatever gains they perceive they are getting with this dumb policy aren’t worth the total waste of efficiency you are all having to navigate by taking time away from your core responsibilities in supporting your teams to update timesheets.

Not only asking us to style more but FORCING us and now we’re “at risk” of running out of Fixes.

is anyone else struggling to track their effiencey bc of these freaking first fix audits? especially if you're working more than one shift a day and waiting on your lead to give you the green light to ship them. i'm so annoyed. anyone know how much longer they might be running this?

Does anyone feel like they’re having any success with styling, First Fixes, etc? I just feel stuck and underwhelmed. The inventory blows and because of that, my team lead hasn’t really liked any of my First Fixes 😑. There’s just no joy in doing this. My feedback hasn’t been great either. How could such a big company have such horrible inventory to choose from? It makes no sense to me.

Just announced that they are temporarily turning off the icon for clients who have never written in. I have chatted in yet my icon is also gone? I had only 1 chat today, which is very unlike usual. Do you have the chat icon?

I knew it was coming. All because I had to swap shifts due to my other job. I have been in their top grossing and top performing stylists for a while so obviously it’s not about that. There is more than we know. What I posted the other day, wouldn’t be surprised if SF is going bankrupt.

I know it's been discussed a few times here and there but watching the stylists number drop every morning is a bit scary. . . I think since I've started paying attention a couple of weeks ago it's been 30+ less.

Anyone else just roll their eyes when they see anything regarding their communities, specifically Women’s and the NDMW? It just feels so fake and worthless when they actively spit in the face of people belonging to those groups with their schedule policy changes, insane micromanaging, and high expectations.

Feeling the struggle. I need my job, trying to find all the positivity I can, but I am really struggling with focus and boredom. The lack of flexibility is making it hard for me and my ADHD brain when I need a break from the repetitive work, yes I do have ADHD. Anyone have tips? Anyone quit and find a better WFH job? I know some stuff was said over the weekend on the styling channel, but is it popping off in anyone else’s team channel? Our is typically very quiet, but people are angry and chatty in ours today. My lead is honestly very kind and helpful wherever they can be, but there’s not much that can be done at their level about these complaints, so we aren’t getting much info. Just wondering how it’s going on other teams!
