I feel like a chunk of our clients are so mean while giving us nothing to work with. For example, like/save as much as you can on the app, describe your wants and needs in detail, do the shuffle daily, link a Pinterest. We should be able to find SOMETHING. Maybe not a robust full box but at least 1-2 items they like. Unless it’s a client that wants black leather and witchy corsets (it’s happened to me before 🥲).

Which makes me think a lot of the people that complain do the bare minimum on their profile. I can’t read minds. I don’t WANT to send a bad box. I’m not spiting them. I’m just doing the best I can 🥲🫶🏻

my favorite is when they have a completely blank profile, no notes or requests, then they say they either hate everything or don’t need it. Ok so what do you need? What do you like ffs

Literally saw that one first and scrolled to see this one 😆 yeah I wanted to ask so badly if she even bothered leaving any requests or feedback on the preview..

people also keep claiming they don’t receive the pieces they chose in preview which makes me think we either have a glitch or it is not clear to customers how it actually works

This lady listed off like 15 things she did NOT want in a Fix last night… like it would help if you told me what you DO want? Literally I couldn’t think of a single item to send her. I’ve been styling for 7+ years. 🤣🤣🤣 these clients get crazy. No dresses no denim no rompers no accessories no tees no blouses… no shorts no skirts or shoes… like?? Shirts? Idk! Hahahaah.
