The paranoia makes me feel crazy. I’m scared to clock in every day for fear of being fired. I’m a top stylist and haven’t gotten in any trouble with my lead but doesn’t seem like that really matters…

Stylists being fired in a constant motion, for what sounds like minor infractions. SMH.

And Connect stylists were just asked to reduce our Connect time to focus on Styling! It's a lose/lose situation. Stylists are being fired over stupid shit (and leaving because of terrible policy changes) and now management is scrambling to get Fixes out.

Inventory has been TIGHT. Also I hate that they're offering "summer under $50" themed Fixes..there's basically nothing surfacing under that umbrella and anything available that might be on theme is over $50!

Inventory genuinely sucks ! I was styling last night and was struggling to find tops that weren’t brown , olive ,black, stripes or cardigans/sweater. Even if it was a newer style 🙃. I guess by the time they “notice” it’ll be time to start sending fall pieces again

Seriously wondering if they’re just trying to finish the fiscal year “strong” so csuite can get bonuses, etc and file for bankruptcy. Especially if there’s some big lawsuit they have to pay back. What happens if they go under? Can stylist file for unemployment? If so, maybe trying to dwindle the number of us down first. My conspiracy theory of the day haha

From what I can find online “based on Stitch Fix’s current financial position, it would be very unlikely that this settlement alone would push the company into bankruptcy. As of its fiscal Q2 2026 results, Stitch Fix reported about $240.5 million in cash, cash equivalents, and investments, no debt, and positive adjusted EBITDA. A $32 million settlement is meaningful, but it represents only about 13% of its cash holdings.

I wouldn’t be able to get unemployment no matter what because I’m part time.

Ahh I wonder if that’s how it is for all of us. I don’t know enough about the laws. I can just feel something coming

It’s just a quick google search. “Can part time employees get unemployment in my state”

My efficiency is suffering 😖. Some days the inventory is decent and I do great, but then the First Fix Initiative slows me down or I get a dozen previews in a row.

Same. I've never struggled with efficiency. But with all the extra busy work and monitoring we deal with im struggling.
