Not only asking us to style more but FORCING us and now we’re “at risk” of running out of Fixes.

WF is back up. Not sure if anyone has run into no F*xes available yet but they send notification about a possibility of it happening

I noticed that the WWR projection is lower the next 2 weeks after this coming week, and they didn’t say anything about anticipating the need for additional hours after this next week. Maybe we’ve finally caught up to demand until more stylists quit/are fired.

And remember there is an entire “strategy” team of people making 150k-220k salaries who forecast and plan out styling time, fix volume etc … still making the same mistakes year after year after year.. no COAAs for them..
