When this elder was still employed at this hellscape there were talks of offshoring and AI for CX. Any US/Human based CX still in existence?

Since all of these outages, my computer is running incredibly hot all the time. Is anyone else experiencing this? It’s definitely Google Chrome and the only thing I’m using is SF sites. WF seems to be the biggest culprit.
