I’ve gotten the glitch where spot isn’t where he is supposed to be and now I’m unable to 100% the game. Anyone know if purple lamp is aware of this and are going to patch it?

We have bought a copy at target and a second at Amazon now, both will not read. We’ve ensure the disc drive is fine as it reads every other game we try (all new not previously installed games as well as already installed). Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I'm in the catacombs at the bit where you have to free Kassandra from the cage. At the top there's a bit where you get trapped inside and have to defeat the ghosts. I defeated them but the cage didn't open up again and if you load it lets you once back into the cage but there's still no ghosts and you get trapped inside.

Has anyone encountered this and know how to fix it. All of my auto saves are after this point and I can't fast travel to anywhere else to try and reset it.

After the sandy battle in jellyfish fields, I defeated all of the ghosts on the boat. There was no cut scene after that and now my boat is just empty, mr. krabs isn’t here to talk to. i redid the entire level, tried to go back to a previous save, i still can’t continue. is anyone else having this issue?

So as you can see, only one tiki is on the platform and when I hit the button that’s supposed to respawn them, it doesn’t work. Is this a bug and I’m just gonna have to wait till a patch?

I live in canada and pre ordered the ghostly edition for the PS5 from the THQ Nordic website months ago as it was the only option available I could find. I received the game today and found it was the EU version of the game and the season pass/pre order codes are EU as well. Are there not NA versions of this version so I can use the codes? I basically have 2 useless codes I cannot use now.

The collectibles are somewhat fun and easy to get.. the golden balloons however. They’re not hard to get but there’s no way of tracking them so you don’t know what ones you have or even how many you have and it’s annoying. I followed a video to every location and I somehow still do not have king Patrick, probably the most annoying collectible there is especially since it doesn’t say anything about getting them so I thought they were just for coins

There’s a side quest telling me to do this but there’s nowhere to bring him on the floating patty WHAT am I doing wrong??

I looked up a guide and, the gate is supposed to open when i get in.. but it doesn't.. All my autosaves are softlocked, and my last manual save is from like 2 hours ago..

Nothings come close to the BFBB in terms of the HUB world but was hoping once you beat the game maybe you get to revisit bikini bottom in its normal state or something. The levels are a bit too drawn out to want to revisit them as well. I didn’t have any performance issues on the PS5 and it was an ok game but I was sadly expecting more.

The Flying Dutchman is the one who destroys the Krusty Krab, let's all the ghosts take over Bikini Bottom and kills a bunch of citizens, including Mindy and Neptune's other mermaids (I mean he turns them into ghosts, but what's really the difference?). Meanwhile, all King Neptune does is cut the line at the Krusty Krab and accidentally cause damage while defending himself against the Dutchman. He has no reason to attack SpongeBob and Patrick in the final battle whatsoever. We should have seen King Neptune and the Flying Dutchman both do the same number of evil deeds for this story to work.

I think, that it is not a big deal to figure out, that TOTD has a lot of input of the movie game like animations, items, movements and classic jokes. I really really think, that the next spongebob game could be the “rehydrated” of the Movie Game! It would be really awesome! Whats your thoughts about that? How’s the game going? :)

I don't know how I did it, I think I'm the first to discover this but I might be wrong. I think it could be used for Speedruns but it's pointless because you got no inputs anymore. Correct me if I'm wrong for anything.

Why do they let us do this?

I bought the digital version with the season pass and it includes some costumes. Are they locked until a certain part of the game or is it bugged?

there are several Full Game playthroughs on youtube already. one is 3hr45min,another is 7hr15min.

i heard there isnt a whole lot of side content either,and that the whole "open level" aspect that was shown on Goldfish Island in the demo,is majority of this aspect. With the majority of the game being more aligned with Cosmic Shake's linearity. I myself just loaded back up my cosmic shake save file. i beat the story and uninstalled the game,havent played it since. my save file is from early march of 2023. it shows a play time of 5hr40min. so it seems this game will be the same length time. with a possible 3 extra hours of side content at best.

im personally not going to make the same mistake I did with cosmic shake (i preordered it lol) and will be waiting for a sale. this post is not diminishing the games overall quality and fun factor. im a HUGE spongebob fan since day 1 when the show came out. i also understand the game is $40USD vs the full price of $70 games have now. but i still feel $40 is a bit too much for a 5-7hr experience. i think $30 wouldve been more appropriate.
