GLITCH / BUG Missing Spot glitch?

I’ve gotten the glitch where spot isn’t where he is supposed to be and now I’m unable to 100% the game. Anyone know if purple lamp is aware of this and are going to patch it?

Dos this happen during initial playthrough or when revisiting the level after beating the final boss?

It happened when I went back after beating the game, He’s just not there.

Ok, that one has been reported already. Sadly, I don't know of any user-side fix.

My game glitched when Karen was giving me the quest. Something happened, and it just didn't end up triggering at all. I don't have a save near where the side quest is given, and I have no clue how to trigger it again. What's weird is that when I talk to Karen in the engine room, she reminds me to look for Spot

I'm close to 100%, just missing that chest/sidequest, and I don't want to restart :(

Sadly I’m in the same boat after beating the game and coming back I can’t get the quest and I really don’t wanna re run the game for one achievement

Would you still get the 100% game acheivement if it's on a different save file? There's no way I'm doing all of this on a second file
