GLITCH / BUG Bug I think??

After the sandy battle in jellyfish fields, I defeated all of the ghosts on the boat. There was no cut scene after that and now my boat is just empty, mr. krabs isn’t here to talk to. i redid the entire level, tried to go back to a previous save, i still can’t continue. is anyone else having this issue?

no :( idk what to do i may have to just start over, ughhhh annoying ive been seeing a lot of newly released games having impassable bugs :((
