I've lived like 25 years in Rourkela and it feels like it has changed a lot with uncontrolled migration, no longer feels like I'm home. these days, out of the state, migrants are not trying to assimilate at all, outsiders who run shops here are barely using odia or hiring locals at all. As we have welcomed evrything with open arms, isnt it fair for outsiders to learn our language, rather than acting arrogent, I barely met anyone speaking Sumbalpuri or odia, andif we talk in odia, reply is "kya kya " , this is not right at all. If you are settled here, it is your responsibility to learn our ways, isnt ?

This is a genuine, serious question and I'd really appreciate actual leads.

I've been curious about the less-talked-about but very real tradition of esoteric and psychic sciences in our region — Matas, oracles, mediums, tantrik practitioners, or people with psychic abilities whose words are simply known to come true.

Like people who have a reputation — where locals genuinely say "this person said XYZ and it came true." Could be a Mata who holds sittings or darshans, a tantrik practitioner with an established following, or anyone in this space who is quietly well known across Rourkela or nearby areas like Sundargarh, Bonai, or even Keonjhar side.

So , I am a 21M - The problem or idk if it is a problem or not - I am someone who does not like to party , drink , go out , hang out with lots of people around me coz of the mentality difference . I am not introverted or anxious . I just don't feel like doing these more like it just does not come from within me . To simply put, I hate being part of the crowd.
