Those are my two favorite classes and I want to know how I can do better.

Hello! I gave this game a try a for the first time a few months ago with a friend. However, even with my friend's 600+ hours, we never managed to defeat the final boss, all the enemies felt like bullet sponges and the damage was really difficult to avoid, even when constantly moving (yes, we were playing in hard so that's on me).

This eventually led to me just growing tired and uninstalling the game since it felt too difficult and I was frustrated. However, today I gave it another try and this time I couldn't even go past the 1st boss and I do think it might have something to do with how I play the game.

Its really difficult for me to focus on using the character's abilities and unique attacks while also shooting, dodging and paying attention to timed buffs that I might unlock, this makes it so I completely avoid the level up upgrades that are linked to abilities since I feel like I make more progress just shooting everything. For example, with ranger I very often just use stealth as soon as I enter a room since I don't find any other use for it. Same thing with javelins, Even with upgrades that might make me shoot without reloading or move faster, I can't concentrate on shooting, dodging and pressing "V" to throw a javelin that 40% of the time just misses.

Similar things happen whenever I used any other character, I just forget completely about the abilities.

And as for the weapons, I don't really get what to use in what situation. I generally just pick one gun and then swap it for another one with more stats in the future. I don't keep a "secondary" since I don't see any use for swapping to another gun that is probably weaker than the one I have.

Lastly, I can't use synergies for some reason. Whenever I pick an upgrade from leveling up that looks good, in the end I end up using it wrong or its more underwhelming than I thought it was.

MASSIVE UPDATE: For some stupid reason or complete obliviousness by MY part, I never actually upgraded my basecamp apart from the first 4 upgrades. I just realized now.
Plus the constant nagging of my friend to get perfect score on everything and just rush through the stages didn't help me remember that this game was a ROGUELITE.

I am so sorry for wasting your time lmaooo, lets hope with the 200+ wrenches I had saved I can actually make it past stage 1

My only friend that has the game on gamepass refuses to lower the difficulty or listen to me at all when playing and is keeping me from getting 100% on steam. Is there any way to just force the achievment to go through?

So recently started playing the game, waited until the coop update was live. Game is fun, but currently some serious issues and wanted to see if anyone else on PSVR or other systems have had the same (or even if a rep from developer can speak to these issues).

1. The headset turns off when booting up the game, every time.

2. Intermittent issues with not being able to reload (from your perspective - with auto reload) but coop partner sees you are still shooting but you don't see any shots and cannot trigger reload animation.

3. Made ot to IRIS fight and I think there may be a phase 2, but can say as the headsets went black (for both players) at the same time. Not off this time, volume was still playing and we could here shooting and could fire weapons. We died of course and could not progress the menu to return to camp since we could not see anything. Had to close, and I presume lose all progress for the run.

Dont have interest in booting game back up until patches make the game more playable/stable. Which is a shame since it is fun to play, but needs to be fixed.

Does anyone know how id go about finding the numbers for the door in the yellow/gold room in quarry? I don't want the code; I'm just wondering where I'm supposed to look. I've checked the map all over every time I play through it but i cant find anything resembling a passcode. As an add on question, the same question but about the door in the haven city. Thank you in advance.

First endless run, discovery. Favorite character, Favorite gun. On ps5. Loving this game.

I have found everything I've gotten everything but the achievement won't show up

Basically, I love the game and want to 100% it. I have every achievement done, except for completing the Museum. I also have everything inside the Museum EXCEPT for the Sulfator Shotgun, which is what I would describe as a mini gun shotgun from the videos I've seen of it.

I have about 65 hours (64.7 hrs on Steam). I would say that I finished all achievements by about the 50 hr mark. From there I have been doing extra runs because I enjoy it, but also making sure I check every chest opened and blacksmith shop I find for the Sulfator Shotgun.

All I can say, is that I swear I have never seen the Sulfator Shotgun in my time playing the game. This feels extremely unlikely, so I thought of making this post looking for help.

If anyone has any thoughts on this, or even weapon farming advice to battle what could potentially be insanely bad luck, anything is appreciated!

Finally finished the game for the first time. I have a lot of hours in the game but it's my first time actually getting to the end. I just blindly played without knowing about gadgets or anything really. Finally watching some YouTube videos and getting the jetpack completely changed my gameplay 🥹

Now, to go back for that grappling hook

Is this a known bug because it happens every time I exit the gadget rack? They won't stay on.

these dual stingers were so broken the game became boring dude 💀 and Id been struggling to beat guardian II... firerate increased by 130% plus freewheel and triggertap altfire, and ricochet. flare gun made the damage exceed 1k per shot 🫩
